After months of anticipation I finally watched Nosferatu last night at the megaplex in Centerville. To my annoyed surprise, the lights stayed on during the entire showing. These are the lights along the walls ,ceiling, and the floors. I KNOW this hasn’t been the case for other recent movies I’ve watched at various megaplex theaters including longlegs, dune part two, late night with the devil, Deadpool and Wolverine, Oppenheimer. I get annoyed by lighting (especially during a horror movie) and usually see them go dark when a movie begins or within 10 minutes. Thankfully, Undisputed got enough attention to justify EA sports putting a new fight night back on the table. I don’t know how anyone who played the fight night games can call undisputed the “best boxing game ever”. You can’t even clinch (in a boxing game?!) You can’t punch while moving. The graphics are very outdated. Inexcusable for a 2024 game. The glitches keep coming. It feels like a college project final. I understand it was an indie studio and they deserve credit for putting a boxing game together w the resources they had… but this should have never been sold as a “real” game for a real game price. I can’t be the only one who feels this way? Fast food is crap, but it’s so much worse in SLC for some reason . Example: Rancheritos. At least the meat and beans are hot in Layton, Ogden/elsewhere and you can’t go wrong w carne asada fries. In SLC the beans and meat are cold and the meats hard/stale ish? The guacamole taste like 💩 and almost made me gag. The first time it happened I thought maybe they were just too busy but it happened again tonight with no other car in the drive thru.
