I was going through a really bad time, struggling against small clubs, and so I decide to make a more defensive tactic, just to not concede alot of goals. Ended up creating an Haramball monster. I've never seen an OPPDA so high in my entire FM experience.

I was playing as Portugal, focused alot on developing the industry, building civs for over 8 years, but suddenly it looks like I'm starting to run out of workforce, the factories are starting to get less efficiente and its really slowing down the economy. I also have unemployment rate of 0% so I dont see how I can fix it, can someone help?
ps: I lost the save so no screenshots, i'm asking this so I know how to deal with it next time
Quick and simple question: Is there a difference between WB and CWB in terms of attacking/making runs on wide open space? (In the of both being on the same mentality)
I just started playing FM in early 2024, but I have already +1000 hours of playtime, and something I never cared really about, are the trainings.
I never spent many time on the training tab, most of the time I spend there is setting individual position trainings (something I havent cared much lately), commenting on players trainings performances and making tutor groups (that's the name on portuguese, I don't know hows in english) to change young players' personalities. And my real question is:
Managing trainings schedule manually is worth? Its really important for players' development or match performances? And what do you guys do about the training schedule?
I will change my tactic to one focused on a poacher, I will sell my current striker and was searching for a striker with poacher qualities. This guy has a very good finishing, very good off the ball, good composure has a good first touch, very good determination and is fast. Do you think is a good signing option?
I need to play Job Simulator put while I'm connected to Air Link, the problems is that i bought the game in Quest 2 so when I go to the Air Link I can't access the game. I even checked the Meta Quest Link app and asks to buy the game again.
Is it possible have in Meta Quest Link app a game that i bought in Quest 2?
I spent hours looking for a cobee in the biomes where it says it is, but nothing! Does anyone know the best biome to find it?
