Hi i got back to the game and i wanted to know If i start tomorrow with the abyss Event, can i still get the Legion block before it ends?

The Community guide mentioning the control of the boundless mana state through not having mana tripods. Does that mean that spec souleater wants to enter boundless mana for more spamming like empress arcana and than for the z-burst go in full-mana mode for the damage boost? And If yes can u maintain boundless mana comfy or is hallu overall better? I love the green skills and want to go spec but If it's slow i dont know
