The main international guideline for dryeyes used globally is out. I havent read it yet but I wonder if there is anything new or different compared to TFOS DEWS 2.

Lots of my old facebolts broke over time, they were legit takara tomy (usually sonokong) ones not midfake.
What is the cheapest way to get facebolts that wont strip and break my beyblade parts. I saw that metal ones on ebay are cheap but they break parts by stripping the plastic.
Should I consider getting a 3d printer? Getting rapidity beyblades just for the facebolts or some other supplier?
Started 50% allogenic serum tears recently, its been a week and I haven't felt a difference. The drops sting a bit and cause mild burning for a short period 10 minutes.
How long did it take for you to feel better or did you not feel better at all?
A place near me offers the above as a package and they do this all on the same day, i'm a bit worried that this is too much.
Also is there a preferable order, I think expression should be after the probing at a minimum to make sure the glands are open?
Have had chronic sinusitis for 2 yrs following a jaw surgery. Had fess 5 weeks ago and I still have sinusitis symptoms, namely post nasal drip. Not sure when symptoms are supposed to be better.
What is the timing of your dry eye pain.
Keeping my eyes open will cause burning yes, but it is only when I blink that I feel extra pain, but the burning reduces temporarily until I open my eyes again.
If I keep my eyes open for shorter, the burst of pain when blinking is less.
If I keep my eyes open for longer, the burst of pain when blinking is more.
This is also what happens when I use cyclosporine, ironically, keeping my eyes open with Ikervis makes my eyes hurt less, than blinking with it in.
Does this happen to anybody else, what is it and is this a known thing in scientific literature?
Using the redmi note 7 for nearly 5 yrs, battery is getting a bit weak and the volume rocker gets stuck so thinking of upgrading.
Is the redmi note 12 4g any good? The camera looks worse than the redmi note 7 when looking on the gsmarena comparison tool.
Any other alternatives in this price range or just thoughts?
Are there any moisturizers that you recommend that have little impact or possible impact on eyes and meibomian gland function.
Ingredients that reduce sebaceous gland activity or are toxic or damaging to meibomian glands like phenoxyethanol or niacinamide or panthenol etc...
Is it possible to make your own temporary punctual plugs or in anyway occlude your puncta temporarily safely. I'm waiting to get punctual plugs on the NHS but my appointment is many months down the line and I can't afford them privately.
On a side note I used white milky eye drops and watched it drop onto my eye and then into the folds nears my tear ducts and puncta and within less than a second all the excess drained, how quickly are tears meant to drain is there any study or research into this? I had a surgery that may have impacted the size of my lacrimal ducts or the surrounding canals.
The instructions on this Actimist liposomal spray say to spray on closed eyes, wouldn't be more effective if it was sprayed directly in the eye? Why should I not spray it on open eyes?
I recently got a ultrasonic humidifier and I use regular tap water which is chlorinated, fluoridated and has lots of minerals (hard water).
I noticed it made my eyes worse and not better, just a general constant irritation sensation.
Should I use distilled water instead or opt for other forms of humidification.
I find that swimming goggles with a complete seal work for me except when they fog up and give me eye strain.
Started using hycosan night a few months ago and it worked well, no irritation or stinging, it just soothed my eye and allowed me to read and work, I would use it 2 to 4 times a day. The last month however I noticed it doesn't help that much at all and after about 30 minutes my eyes are slightly red and stinging.
Do I perhaps have an allergy to Hycosan Night and are there any alternatives? I tried most lipid based eye drops and most don't do a thing to my eyes.
My optometrist says that doing IPL on the eyelids isn't necessary and only does it on the surrounding areas, she used a sticker to protect my eyes. I see on youtube some doctors use internal metal eye shields so they can get the ipl device actually on the eyelid and eyelid margin and treat the telangiectasia there.
Do you recommend getting IPL on the eyelid with the internal shields or just the surrounding areas with the sticker?
I have visible telangiectasia on the inside of my eyelid as well as on my eye. Have had 1 session so far with with manual meibomian gland expression, most of my glands didnt release anything, event though my glands looked healthy and dropout was minor on meibogra
I'm currently using the Dell PN556W and I tried with both a 1.5v and 1.2v battery and on both sometimes the pen will just not register on my laptop when trying to write.
This happens quite randomly and sometimes if I unscrew the top and and put it back on it works. Usually it stops working for around 5-30 seconds.
It is very annoying when writing notes in class is this a common issue should I get a better pen or is there an issue with my laptop?
