Eu5 is nice and all but this game feels incomplete with all the bugs and outdated mission trees that people PAID for.

So i'm going for the holy trinity as pope but poland didnt take lithuania and he ate livonian order. I managed to snag a province from the lithuanians but i cant release livonian order from there. It has to do with primary culture thingy i think so my question is: Can i somehow release livonian order?
