If people follow a religion that leads them to neither fear suffering nor death, then can antinatalist beliefs be applied to them?
Or, more specifically, would an antinatalist view them as a threat to their rights and support the action taken against them since they don’t fear suffering?
(Context: I saw on Twitter a post from a Yemeni account about how the US/Israel cannot control them with fear of suffering or death.
The responses were supporting the US/Israeli military, and if they weren’t afraid of death, then there’s no reason to ‘hold back’)
I'm unsure if this is a contradiction or both can be true simultaneously. Still, I genuinely think that the philosophy of antinatalism is doing an excellent service to society.
Overall, for antinatalism to be possible, it requires a society that treats women equally, which, with a few exceptions, the West has done a great job at achieving.
The benefits of antinatalism, like birth control, the sexual revolution, dating apps, etc, have all changed the game entirely.
I support antinatalist women because there is no risk of unwanted pregnancy, and casual sex has been great.
But I want kids, so I enjoy the fun before settling down. Even then, it’s nice to have dating apps if things get boring
I don’t think this generation understands what is happening abroad, but Sweden, Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Greece, and France all have benefits for marriage and, specifically, having children.
Hungary will pay for your housing, and France is spending more than their military budget on programs, but they aren’t working.
The next step will be taxing single citizens, which is precisely what the USSR did to rebound from the deadliest war in human history.
Alongside the purges, the only way to explain Soviet demographics is that he killed tens of millions of people over 40~.
If you think that can’t happen in the US / UK, look at health insurance. It’s by design, and immigration is by design.

I wanted to raise awareness about potential security risks on Telegram, specifically regarding certain bots that are becoming increasingly concerning. One such bot is @VerificationCodes.
While it may appear legitimate—even seeming as though it’s associated with Telegram itself—users should be extremely cautious. These types of bots can often impersonate official verification systems, which can lead to serious issues like unauthorized access to your account.
Furthermore, I’m surprised that Telegram allows @OTPBot to appear in its search results. From my perspective, this bot has all the hallmarks of a scam, especially when considering how OTP (One-Time Password) bots are often linked to phi
I was recently recommended a video on antinatalism, and I found the entire premise to be quite interesting. It sounds like what a child born into wealth would say today.
The video may have left out information or been incorrect, so I want to clarify what the philosophy of antinatalism means here.
It is morally wrong to have children.
In order for someone to have this view, they would need to be wealthy and educated, and they would assume that everyone will have the wealth to live comfortably as they age.
Arrogant in assuming they understand what existence means or if we exist before we are born.
And makes no attempts to justify the immoral act of not having a child by ignoring the colle
The major issue with Schnitzel’s intelligence is that only Lelouch can defeat Charles.
Yet Schnitzel makes multiple attempts to kill Lelouch / Zero prior to him defeating Charles.
Even during the black nights betrayal if not for Rolo then Charles still wins.
Schnitzel also is cautious and only makes his move when he believes he can win with the least amount of resistance.
Cornelia was able to track down V2 and Schnitzel knew nothing?
Wondering if there is any implications that Schnitzel was prepared to defeat Charles himself.
Could the fleija’s simply destroy the temples which he should have knowledge on the locations of?
It seems like a massive blunder if he didn’t and makes him reli
I was considering how simple it would be for Schneizel to locate V2 and CC far better than Charles could and imprison them.
If Schneizel knew of Clovis’s findings and captured V2 in the Black Rebellion, what would happen to the plot?
I don’t see a reason Lelouch would oppose Schneizel early on since it wouldn’t be false that C.C. was setting him up for failure.
It makes sense, and it allows Schneizel to win far earlier while lacking the FLEIJA technology.
He was just as revolutionary as Lelouch and probably would make Japan independent in favor of collecting taxes for military protection.
Given Schneizel’s intelligence, if he had such an upper hand early on, it’s hard to imagine him los
How would the events have played out if Lelouch hadn’t been on that road to meet C.C.?
Kallen would likely die, but I’m unsure if they’d still capture C.C. since she seemed to have been expecting Lelouch.
If Clovis does recapture C.C., then Charles would win.
But if what Clovis was doing reached Schneizel before Charles, we would have a different situation.
Schneizel would lack the authority to oppose the emperor directly, but he certainly could lie to Clovis or even kill him if needed.
Would there be anyway for Lelouch to be relevant anymore or would it come down to Schneizel vs Charles?
Whenever we get a new movie or spin-off, people misunderstand the purpose of the Zero Requiem.
The Zero Requiem was not meant to end the cycle of hatred between people or even guarantee world peace in the short or long term.
It was meant to end the cycle of hatred between the offspring of the Britannian Emperor. (Sins of the father)
Lelouch was fine with dying after Shirley’s death in R2 and conceding to Schneizel during the black rebellion.
After Rolo dies, he views Charles as his last opponent and plans to trap himself with him for eternity in C’s world.
He only shows interest in defeating Schneizel after Charles tells him how he became Emperor. Whoever was the last surviving heir bec
I feel like the message that I got from Kurisu is different from others now, and I’m not sure why.
In short, I’ve always viewed Kurisu’s introduction as showing Okabe meeting a potential romantic interest through a shared interest.
The point wasn’t that he had to suffer for it. That’s an entirely different obligation he had.
And it seems like many people think, “Okabe is an otaku and suffers to deserve Kurisu eventually.”
I guess I can understand that conclusion because of the results, but the results have nothing to do with deserving Kurisu.
Overall, it was just a pessimistic misinterpretation of the meaning behind Steins;Gate.
It makes me question if I’m even correct in my interpreta
