My wife and I and a few of our friends are going to be in Reykjavik this weekend from Friday to Monday for Reykjavik Pride.
What do we absolutely need to not miss while we’re in Iceland that weekend? My wife has visited before in the early spring but never in summertime.

I have a dungeon planned for my players later in their campaign (approx level 15) that is a temporal maze that is a lair of an Androsphinx. Among the treasure rewarded at the completion of the dungeon, I want to reward the Wizard with a special time spell, but I need help balancing it. It's my first time homebrewing a spell.

I work for a small, privately owned retail store that employs roughly 25 employees in various capacities (sales clerks, account management, technicians, etc) and we have recently opened a new location. Because of the new location, coupled with the part-time schedules of many of our employees, the way we write our schedule is just not going to cut it.
The owner has asked me to do some research and see if I can find either a web application or software to handle scheduling across our three locations. We would be looking for something either inexpensive or free. Any suggestions?
