Unfortunately, my hair product isn't one I've been able to substitute with a zero-waste alternative. Mainly because other products don't work as well for me.

What are some good ways you can make use of small plastic containers that you haven't been able to reduce?

The original guy seems to have stopped posting these since coming across a lot of criticism.

This thread is for people who are on their journey towards minimalism. If you're going to make some comment on how you're more minimal than me or anyone else in this thread, then remember it's more minimal not to comment.

Here is how I did in the past 3 months:

  • Pair of grey chinos $75

  • A Canvas Bag $50

  • Protein Shaker $10

  • Cheap eBay Surfboard Fins $40

  • Trigger Spray Bottle $2

  • Tie Bar $18

Total Spending on Non-Consumables: $195

With winter approaching and water temperatures starting to cool, I'm looking for beaches or rock pools with heated showers so I can continue my morning swim ritual. Preferably places without an entree charge, but I don't mind putting a few coins in for a hot shower. Ocean pools are preferred over harbour pools.

Which do you prefer in your car?

Currently, I have carpet mats in my car but a hole has worn through the driver mat from where my heel sits. I'm going to purchase some new mats from Audi, not sure if I should go with the carpet ones again or the rubber ones.

Additional information: I do visit the beach very often and get quite a bit of sand in my car.
