I don't know what Yoshi-P was referring to with those armor design cards during the Live videos, but I do not believe that the item sets that drop from Crystal Tower are AF2. The reason being is that because they are not Job-specific. Not most of them, anyway. The healing set can be worn by both White Mages and Scholars, rather than just one job specifically. This is why, in my own opinion, the myth gear is the real AF2. Partly because they share the name prefix name of Dynamis gear, which was commonly referred to as AF2 back in the FFXI days, such as for someone in my case, the Cleric's set. It certainly isn't +1, because it's not an HQ version of the Healer's Set, Choral set, etc. I'm sure
It's really annoying. I'm glad I had it so I could find my way back, but now it's just irritating, constantly sitting there. Is there no way to get rid of this stupid thing?
So recently I've had times where I'm having these sort of "mini lag spikes" where people stop then after 1 second rubber band and catch up to where they were. It's really jarring and quite irritating. Does anyone know what the cause of this might be? I'm on Comcast, if it helps.
I am starting to not really enjoy my current FC. There are some people in my FC that really get on my nerves, I even had to blacklist one AGAIN after I took them off not more than an hour previously in the hopes of just moving on from the previous nuisance they'd caused in the past. One dude flipped out on me in FC and left. I admit I'm not perfect but I'm hardly an asshole and even with my social quirks I can be a very pleasant and fun to be around. I'm tired of this bullshit drama, and I'm just looking to move onto an end-game FC with far more pleasant people in it.
So last night was Monday and of course that means tomestone cap reset! So I was doing a bunch of dungeons last night and occasionally there'd be lag, was a bit of a bother but I made it with very little trouble. I come back on today to do some mining for my level 30 mining quest and the most ludicrous and horrifying lag I've ever had starts popping up. I'm standing by nodes and clicking. Sometimes my character won't start mining until 10 seconds later. Other times while mining I would click the item to mine and it would highlight but my character would stand there unmoving as the connection or whatever processed what was supposed to happen. What if I'm forever to sit in this limbo, never to see my beautiful character and all the work I put into her unsuspended (which I did voluntarily by the way, so they could restore my gil) with my Gil restored? Please, has anyone heard of accounts being restored after Gil sellers hacked them? I never went to any of their sites, I hate these people and I call support just about every two days desperately hoping for an update on my account's status. Supposedly I'll get an email at my account saying that it's been fixed, but I just don't know what else to do! Please, SOMEBODY, help relieve my fears!
Hello all. So recently I started gaining genuine interest in D&D, especially Spoony's Counter Monkey D&D stories as well as having some D&D video games like Baldur's Gate to play. And thus that lead me to wanting to play D&D. I have limited resources locally, but over the internet is rather appealing for me. Especially with virtual tabletops like VTable and Maptool. And so I'm here looking to find an online group who are open to new players looking to get their start in D&D. I'm open to Pathfinder, 3.5e and 4e. If anyone is willing to take in a fledgeling D&D player for their adventures, I'd be grateful.
