I've run five games of Teensyville using the No Greater Joy script, and good has won four of them. The one game that evil won was my first time running Teensyville where I accidentally broke the rules and gave the demon bluffs. My players are commenting that it's really hard to win as evil without bluffs, yet I haven't found much existing discussion on this idea.

Are there any general tips or strategies for the evil players I could pass on to my players? Is this a ST/game setup issue? Or do they simply need more experience bluffing and not being afraid to double-bluff by accident? I've not tried the Toymaker fabled, but seems like giving evil full info might swing things too far in the ot

I was pretty excited about Catalog, so I spent the last three days playing and completing all the new games. I like leaving short reviews of the games I play on a site called Backloggd, so I compiled a list of the Catalog games and my reviews there. The list is ordered from favorite to least favorite.

The list and reviews: https://www.backloggd.com/u/vogelscript/list/playdate-catalog-games/

If you have any questions about a specific game, I'll try my best to answer!

And here are some of my favorites per category:

Best launch sequence: Carve Jr

Best score (time?) chaser: Grand Tour Legends

Best story: Di

Bird and Beans is a very nostalgic game for me, and I figured it would be a great learning project for the Playdate SDK. I've been developing and polishing this game for a few weeks now, and am excited to share it with everyone. I tried to make the port as faithful as possible, so it uses 1-bit modifications of the sprites and the original sounds. I don't intend to make any money off of this, but I would appreciate any feedback you have. I'm planning on developing more original games in the future, and hope to transfer a lot of what I've learned here.

I'm moving from San Francisco to Chicago soon, and one thing I know I'll really miss is the fog of San Francisco. Does Chicago have any foggy days? I've seen some cool pictures of the skyline in clouds, but I'd like to know how frequent fog is and at what typical time of day or season it appears.
