Hi there citizens of r/ms,

So in July, 2013 I had my first case of ON. MRI w/o contrast three months later showed three smallish lesions. Since then I've been on the waiting list to be seen by a neuro in public health. My appointment just came through, and I'm going in on the 19th of this month.

However I'm unsure exactly how much to tell him. Also I'm wanting to get the most out of this appointment, as I probably won't see the neuro again for six months. Basically I want my visit to be as productive as possible.

Seeing as the community is growing, and people are getting closer to 30, I thought it might be a good time to start a discussion on team comp's. This will only really be relevant for people at 30 queuing as a team of 5. Although hopefully it should be insightful for all levels.

Team comp is not what champion you're picking, it's what role your champion is filling. In my opinion a good team composition is:

Tank: Should have the most survivability and abilties that allow him to initiate and control the flow of a team fight. at least one at the most three.

Carry: The end game damage dealer, preferably ranged to off set t
