And then cried when I fought back.

Oh! And the time he yelled at me for an hour because I asked him to put his dirty laundry in the hamper! He tried telling me that his refusal to pick up after himself/close cabinets/turn off lights/turn down advances from other women was "the price of admission".

Haaaaaah. Fuck you, Kevin. With an ice pick.

I found out via freaking Instagram about the possibility of nuclear war with Russia. Not radio or news. Social media.

Nuclear war has always been one of my biggest fears. I am trying to not panic for the sake of my dog, but breathing quietly and evenly is difficult.

And then I remembered reading Revelation when I was younger. It's easy to interpret that as events that are unfolding right now.

The political nonsense, and wars for no reason, and rigged/stolen elections, our presidential candidates are a joke, we are killing each other because we can... We are fucked and I am scared.

Was beautiful. I love all of you.

The guy who'd never seen this before: I hope it stuck with you.

To the girl who ended up with the j in the American Spirit Box: pay it forward. You're a doll.

To Brienne from the bathroom: you're wonderful and I hope I see you again.

To the staff: you guys really aren't appreciated enough. Thanks for all the water. And for upgrading me when you ran out of KG as I ordered bourbon.

To the cop at the garage who reminded us to turn our headlights on: thanks for the heads up. And for not ticketing us.

We're on 75 right now, heading home (of course I'm not driving). If anyone has photos, please share them. I left my phone in the car and it wasn't import

Managed to get right by the stage. I think I cried the entire time, and I am not the least bit embarrassed about it. Papadosio really does work some kind of magic. A building full of people there for exactly the same reason, sweating, crying, dancing, celebrating being alive. It was beautiful and unafraid and powerful and there was more love and energy coming from the people in attendance, and from the music, than I knew how to process. I am so glad to have been a part of it.

I don't have adequate words. Their studio recordings saved my life, but their live shows pull out the parts of us that we don't even know are hurting, and when the roaring and dancing slows and the house lights c

Every woman I see is automatically made into a sex object in my mind. If she's attractive and intelligent, it pisses me off to no end. Brains or sex appeal, women, not both!

If a woman is into male-dominated manly things like economics or computers, I hate her even more than I hate the rest of the women I see (except for the few I actually bother talking to).

It's not my fault women are inferior; Western society makes men think that way! Don't blame me for my blind prejudice with your silly woman-brain, blame the rest of the world for forcing me to hate women!

Now tell me why I shouldn't think you're all inferior.

I love the routine and structure of being in an apartment complex. I love that I have a small-ish, honest space that is mine. I love having 24-hour emergency maintenance, a gym and pool on-site, and I love that most of the people here are quiet.

Most.

New guy moved in upstairs a few weeks ago. This particular building is single-bedroom apartments. In the lease, it states that there can be no more than two occupants per bedroom. So why does this dude have a lady and kid living with him? I know it's not about money; dude's got two brand-new cars and everything coming out of that apartment is way too flashy.

I don't know if he's an acrobat or likes throwing baby elephants around for fun,

Fucking reddit psychologists. Every time someone does something irrational, you get hordes of people jumping straight to borderline personality disorder.

It's usually not a goddamn borderline personality. You are aware that there are tons of other personality/mood disorders in the world? No? Because you're not a goddamn psychologist, you're just a teenager throwing around this decade's hot diagnosis when you've probably never seen what it actually looks like .

People with borderline personalities take things out on themselves, not other people. The

It's no secret that women don't orgasm from sex or enjoy it at all, so why bother having sex with men? Is it because you think he loves you and makes you feel important?

But I'm not asking for motivation, I want women's perspective on this. Which is just one idea I have, and any woman who tells me she has sex because she enjoys it is obviously lying or evading the question, so I'm going to argue until I hear what I want from you silly little females.

He came over (I know, he shouldn't even know where I live, but I'm a slow learner) and started telling me how much he missed me, loved me, bla bla...

This is the one who broke up with me when I was raped because I "cheated" on him. He kept yelling at me that he didn't believe it and, without raising my voice, I took his keys, wallet, phone off my table and told him to leave. I didn't have to yell, I didn't cry, my voice didn't shake. I was just done with it, done with him, wanted him out.

Of course, I called a friend and am writing this from that friend's apartment, just in case that ex comes back, but I stood up to him and I am okay.

Feels good. I figured that if there was any pl
