I actually prefer kale as my leafy green of choice, and got a bag of chopped Lacinato/Dino Kale from Cal Organics. I've been told by everyone and everything kale should be a good source of fiber, but decided to look at the provided nutrition label, which seems to say otherwise? (https://calorganicfarms.com/products/lacinato-kale/)

1 fucking gram of fiber per 85 grams??? Weighed it out, bag is roughly 3.5-4 servings so this whole bag is only 4 grams of fiber? What the hell? A single slice of rye bread (140 cals) will meet that! Is Cal-Org somehow cultivating the least fibrous kale strand ever or is this normal? I've heard chopped veggies lose certain nutrients faster, but I'd assume that

Spoilers if you haven't gotten to "Sandrock Strikes Back" or if you're the type who doesn't read mission names access to the 3rd set of hazardous ruins:

So this mission requires Elsie to be back/get outfit upgrade and give everyone a ride on Daisy, the giant duck. Except it seems like that whole series of events is technically a sidequest? One that also requires a certain level of friendship with Elsie?

Can you accidentally softlock your game if you completely ignore Elsie or decide no YOURE KEEPING ALL THE SALTED FISH FOR YOURSELF.

First off, I am NOT planning on coloring my cats fur. They have not eaten chalk and I mostly want some general/preventative advice before I got some chalk sticks.

I have two domestic short-haired cats (shelter cats so probably mostly short-haired who actually knows). I have a chalkboard and want to get chalk for it. Should this be safe? What types of chalk might be okay?

Most sites I've found when searching for "cats chalk" seem to be talking about fur coloration which I am not seeking to do. For those that dont some seem to say "normal" chalk that's just calcium carbonate (so base white) should be fine and non toxic but anything colored (so sidewalk or artists chalk in general is to b

Per Title-Talked with someone who claimed because most Vancian buffs/spells tend to only last Rounds to 10 Minutes Per Level, any creature with:

  • An int "above average human" so 12 or above
  • Better mobility options than PCs have (good flight, at-will teleport a ton of outsiders get, etc)
  • Unlimited use offensive thing with good range(At Will offensive SLA, breath weapon, those good ranged thorn attacks tons of plants get, etc)

Should be able to effortlessly beat a PC party that has relies on Vancian magic (Wizard, Oracle, etc). The idea is that since this creature has an above-average INT score, they'd have the wits to use their mobility to trivially "stall out" Vancian casters and then

So I know there's the normal dragon "recovery from prone" move where you leg sweep. However, even before I unlocked that and sometimes after unlocking it, I do another much cooler recovery move by accident. Kiryu somersaults, and then falcon punches someone into stunned status from prone. What is it called and how do I do it intentionally?

Hello, I am trying to run a Bastion/Shieldmaster build as my tank. The section Bastion specialty is Fortitude which reads as "When Defaulting, one BP will be earned when attacked, at a cost of 15 MP." A bunch of the Shieldmaster abilities state that they make you go into default. I also have Auto Guard on. Hell, sometimes I still manually default. I never notice my BP going up whenever attacked in any of these cases. I have plenty of MP to spare. What's going on?

Edit: yeah tried with just defaulting. Only works then. Gdi, thought I'd be able to main this over shield master. It looks so much nicer than Shield master too...

Anyone have an up to date referral code I can use?

Also I'm pretty much only interested in the Hot and Savory section. Anyone have favorites/recs?
