Is it possible to unspecify the default browser and have the OS ask which one to use each time (sort of like what Android does)?
This happens on all flavours of Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. When I close the lead and it's not set to suspend I get a glitch when I reopen it, the image flickers below the mouse pointer, so the glitch can range from full screen if I move the pointer in the top left corner, or disappear if I move the mouse to the bottom right corner, and it dynamically follows the pointer. To make it disappear I need to reboot or I can try to move the mouse in the bottom right corner, then close and reopen the lid (sometimes the glitch disappears). I tried to modify UPower.conf and logind.conf without success
I see most of the EUC around are 16", 18" ones are more rare, is there a reason why? They should handle all terrains better, so why are they less spreaded (some brands don't even sell one 18" model)?
Would a fresh install/clean upgrade be easier if I set /home /etc /usr/bin into separate partitions? This way it should be possible to simply install root partition and the fresh upgrade should not need to reinstall/re-set anything. Or am I missing something?
In the past we learned that if forced to hand out data to authorities, Signal can only provide dates of account registration and last access. What would be the worst can happen to a Riot user? Because Riot has its own privacy policy, but actual services as matrix.org or disroot.org have their own. Can someone elaborate on the actual security and privacy in a SHTF situation?
I have a phone with GApps and I would like to replace Google Play Services with microg without tampering the system partition. I was looking at NanoDroid Magisk module, but I don't understand if it does that, or only injects microg in a system without GApps.

I can't find any privacy policy on matrix.org, is it the same to use one or the other? Or is there any privacy advantage for one of them (or others)?
Can the history be somehow read? Is deleting cookies enough to protect privacy?
I have the latest version of OpenWRT and the time it displays is always wrong, no matter if I sync with the browser (tried different), no matter which NTP pool I use (tried some here too), no matter which time zone I select, the time doesn't change. I don't want to manually set the time, I want it to use NTP. What could be wrong?
Or is there a way to prevent them?
