I had some random Instagram accounts on my phone, so I decided to delete them since I don't use them anymore. I clicked both accounts but my main account actually got deleted from it.

I tried loggin back in but now it keeps asking me to fill in the two-step authentication / back-upcodes, which I don't have anymore. I tried the support page, but nothing describes the problems I'm having.

Since support from Instagram doesn't exist, how could I possibly get my account back?

I can provide proof to show that it's actually my account.
