Primary question: I have had a major decline in walking since late January 2026. At that time, I fell on ice and spent hours over the course of a few days chopping ice to clear pathways. Within roughly 1–2 days of the last significant ice chopping, I woke up in the morning and my legs were heavy and I had trouble standing and walking. I eventually had to buy a cane to help. Chiropractic adjustments starting in February did help a bit, making the cane less necessary after a few weeks, until about the last few weeks where I have needed it a bit more. I recently had cervical/thoracic MRIs showing a large C4–T7 syrinx (up to 1 cm), thoracic cord atrophy/probable myelomalacia
Since the pandemic, my wife and I order meat in bulk every 6 months from a local company as we were concerned about potential shortages. We've continued to order since then due to convenience. Since our last order about 6 months ago, they were acquired by another company which led to changes in systems. We placed our first order using their new systems this week and part of the process involved creating an account, completing a credit app, and then entering our checking account info or credit card for auto-payment. All of that is through a 3rd party company named Universal Account Servicing (UAS). Here's what I've found:
Upon creating the account, they provided the account number and pas
Over this weekend, I've seen a significant uptick in quarantine release requests. Initially I thought maybe there was an issue on Microsoft's end that caused a delay in those notification emails and they all came through at once on a Saturday. Tonight, however, I received quite a few more and some of them are from accounts that I know didn't make the requests. For example, one of them is from a no-reply shared mailbox that only one person has access to. I checked with that person and he said he didn't make the request.
I'm just curious, for those of you who use M365 Defender for email gateway security, if anyone else seeing something similar or if it's just something in my tenant?
This may not be the best sub to ask this, but many of us here wear many hats and may be in a similar situation as me, so I figured it's worth a shot. Since Covid has proven to management that we don't need offices for most of our staff to do their jobs, they've started making plans to downsize and/or close offices. Up until about a year ago, I had someone based out of one of our offices who would handle imaging and peripherals. When Covid first closed our offices, I started handling all of that out of my house. That person eventually left and I continued handling it from my home, since I'm not near an office. The replacement we hired was near a different office that we've since closed, so I'
In STW, both my daughter and I have our Privacy Settings set to Friends (with the Friends of Friends checkbox unchecked). When I start a mission (with or without a party), I don't get any random people joining, which is what I want. When she starts a mission (with or without a party), she gets random people joining. She has also tried setting her privacy to private, and it still allows random people to join. We recently started playing again after approximately 2 years, so I'm not well-versed on any changes made in that time.
My company's infrastructure is mostly in Azure. We have a number of databases hosted in Azure SQL Database. Most are in the Central US region, with some other replicas hosted in the West US region. We've been operating this way for years. Over the weekend, we started experiencing intermittent timeouts...in both regions, from multiple applications. We haven't made any changes on our end and processes that have run fine for years are suddenly failing. The errors look like this:
Exception: (EntityException) The underlying provider failed on Open.; (SqlException) Connection Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed during the post-login phase. The connection could have timed out while w
This morning, I woke up to multiple emails from users letting me know that they're getting " Remote Server returned '550 5.7.520 Access denied, Your organization does not allow external forwarding." errors. We forward some shared mailboxes to corresponding email addresses at Zendesk and we do it the mailbox level. It's worked up until sometime this morning.
We haven't made any changes on our side and I've opened a ticket with Microsoft, but haven't heard anything yet. Is anyone else seeing similar issues today?
Edit: It actually only appears to be affecting certain mailboxes. Others are working fine. Very weird.
This is my first foray into PFSense, so I'm not sure of the expected behavior, but I don't believe what I'm seeing is normal. We've deployed a pfSense NVA in Azure (version 2.4.5) and have been testing it for about a month. Anytime I apply a change (firewall rule, openVPN settings, etc.), I lose complete connectivity for anywhere from 10-30 seconds. The interface is not pingable during this time, which is a show-stopper. Once it comes back up, it's fine until the next applied change. I haven't been able to find any similar issues in my search and I figured I'd check in here.
So, before I spend anymore time on this, I'd like to confirm this isn't expected behavior, correct?
