So I was replaying through tales of symphonia after coming across a physical copy (never finished it as a kid before losing the game) I had an idea.

I’ve never done this kinda thing from a back end perspective before, but how difficult would it be to make a tales hack that’s a Pokémon game?

The four attack setup would translate perfectly into the tales combat, which in turn already supports most of the basic status effects.

Overworld stuff would look a lil wierd, but not too far from like XD vibes potentially.

That being said idk about sprites or GameCube stuff being applicable but wasn’t sure where else to post. Lmk if this isn’t the right place to post this, cuz it’s technically no

I basically have a series of PNGs that I did a bunch of keyframe work on, only to have a new draft of the same PNGs send to me.

Ideally i would like to replace the assets with the new PNGs without having to redo or copy and paste the keyframes into new clips. (which is what my plan is anyway but I wondered if there's a better solution for next time)

With adobes recent focus on linked projects i figured there is probably a good way to do that actively instead of copying things over reactively.

Is it me or is the platform they chose for the virtual fest fuckin awful? Have bought tickets and they straight up don’t work. Click link straight up leads to a “you do not have access to this content” error page

So I’m all-in figuring out the new live loops and sampler redesign and have stumbled across an issue.

I’m using a wav sample for my hats and for some reason it’s triggering the 1/16 note hits but not the 1/64 note ones.

Anybody have any ideas on a way to fix this that doesn’t involve doubling my bpm and reformatting my whole project? Bless in advance

So I’m wanting to build a looping station that runs through my computer but essentially behaves like the boss rv-300 pedal. I use both a 2011 MacBook Pro (Sierra) and a Mac Pro (Mojave) desktop. I wouldn’t be surprised if the laptop can’t handle the real-time stuff but would be convenient to be mobile.

Have been using the boss looping station and have been wondering how to build a similar system but with a usb stomp box (think behringer foot controller FCB1010) and sampler buttons. (Hoping to use a sampler pad with lights to correspond with which tracks been recorded)

I would optimally use the foot controller to manage recording the loops (I play guitar/bass and would rather use my feet)

So I am somewhat new to the pixelstick but am having issues already. I love this thing but when I finally had some free time to really dig it out and get to know it the screen doesn't work. When it switch it on, the screen flashes and then goes dark before turning back on only this time it is totally blank. I can still press random buttons and blindly navigate the menus and fire images but I have no frame of reference for settings or what have you. Help! I have changed the batteries and checked the connections already and am unsure how to proceed.
