Hello! As indicated in the title, i'm a bit lost on where to find if the apartment i am renting has done major renovations these past 5 years that would allow for a major increase in the rent!

To put it simply, my roommate and i are in a weird situation with the building we're in.
We want to renew, but we have questions as to why this happened when i did a lease transfer to this apartment.
My roommate is an immigrant so she's unaware of the housing laws in canada/quebec/montreal so when i joined the apartment she didn't know if this was normal or not from the building, and i really wanted to join so we signed anyways after asking questions and getting a weird response from the build

I'm sure this has been asked before but i can't find many posts about this right now so i have to ask. Avatar was filmed for 3D. So i gotta know if it will still look great in a regular cinema that also offers 3D.

I know Imax is optimized for this, but normally people discourage 3D bc most films aren't filmed for it and the 3D displayed in the movies is just post editing tricks.
So because avatar was made to be seen in 3D would the experience still be great in a less optimized place?

I have an iPhone 6 that I've recently upgraded. Had it for 3+ years but it still has a good battery life (87%). Was thinking of selling it for cheap but instead now i think i'd like to donate it to someone (more specifically to a place that would do that for me) who would need it more (as a lot of homeless people do have phones, some are unfortunate to not have).

Tried to do some googling but nothing much came up.
