I had a frustrating experience trying to reduce my monthly Xfinity bill. I requested basic cable and the same internet speed through chat, and the rep offered a package with the same internet speed, a rented modem, and 125+ TV channels. They also mentioned I would only be charged upon receiving an iPad. However, as soon as I entered my payment details, I was immediately charged.

Was fired week or so before Christmas after 11 years of work and was soo stressed out. Thanks to the Mod for time and patience helping me out! Spent 3.5 hours on hold after a day of calling to fix an error I made and my claim was reviewed and approved because they didn’t feel reason provided by employer was valid so claim was approved. Then found a job the week later and only used 2 weeks of benefits.

The stress relief of having someone know the system and fine with dumb questions really helped in a challenging time.

In a rush to get benefits started and doing it on my phone I clicked “no” for US Citizen. I am in fact born and raised citizen. They sent me a form to supply documentation for my right to work in the state. How can I fix this? Tried calling 4 days and can’t get through to talk to someone.
