I have offers from both universities however I have heard the city of Manchester is not as safe as Bristol…..though the universities are almost equally prestigious. Is this true?

What do you think about the university? How are the students and staff generally like? Would love to know your experiences as a student! Also recommendations on accommodations would be lovely.
