Need some honest advice because I’m about to lose it. I’m 5'9, 72kg, classic skinny-fat. Thin arms but the belly just refuses to leave. I’ve been hitting the gym 5 days a week—mostly compound lifts, heavy as I can—and I’ve definitely gotten stronger. My bench went from the bar to 60kg, so something is happening. But man, when I look in the mirror without a pump, I just look… soft. My family keeps saying "Body ban rahi hai," but I know they’re just being nice lol. I think my diet is the issue. I’m mostly vegetarian and getting 120g of protein feels like a full-time job. Am I cutting too hard? Or am I just not lifting heavy enough? Honestly feel like quitting and just becoming a cardio warrior

I get instant blocks. That part makes sense. What I don’t get is the slow downgrade.
Like a setup will be fine at first. Then after a while captchas get a little more frequent. Then a little worse. Then eventually everything becomes annoying even though nothing obviously “broke.”

I mentioned that I’d probably stop by next month just to check on a couple things and do a quick walk-through. Nothing invasive, just the usual owner check-in.
Their response caught me off guard. They immediately said they’re not comfortable with visits and would prefer I not come by unless it’s an emergency. There’s nothing unusual in the lease about inspection frequency, but the reaction felt stronger than I expected.
Now I’m wondering if I’m overthinking it or if that’s usually a sign something’s being hidden. What do you think?
i always thought this was something that happens much later or only in extreme cases, so hearing it now was a bit of a reality check.
I live by myself in Bangalore & my lifestyle hasn’t been the best lately. Irregular meals, not much movement, a lot of sitting. So it makes sense, but still didn’t expect it to show up like this.
Trying to figure out how to fix it properly instead of doing random things for a few weeks and then falling off again.
If you’ve actually managed to turn this around, what did you do? Looking for advice.
This has been confusing me lately. I’ll get through homepage, login, even basic browsing with no issue. Then the second I open anything sensitive like account settings, billing, password change, or security pages, everything suddenly gets stricter. Either more checks, endless loading, or a silent block.
Makes me wonder if some sites score different sections separately instead of treating the whole session the same.
Have you noticed this too? And if yes, what usually gives it away first that the session is being treated differently?

Had a tenant reach out after moving in saying things are tighter than they expected financially. They asked if there’s any room to adjust the rent.
We already agreed on everything and signed, so I’m not sure what the expectation is here. I get that things happen, but it also feels like that risk isn’t really mine to take on.
Is there a chance I would regret if i say yes?
I’m at a point where I know I need guidance to get in shape, but I’m confused about what route to take.
On one hand, there are gym trainers who offer personal sessions, and on the other, there are structured fitness programs that seem more holistic with diet, tracking, and coaching. Not sure which one actually works better in the long run. This is my first time try & i don't have anybody to ask
I’m based in Bangalore, so there are plenty of options for both, but it’s hard to tell what’s actually worth the time and money.
Have you tried any?
At the beginning, everything was smooth. Be it deposit, first payments, or maintenance reqs. No issues at all. Lately though, rent shows up a few days late pretty much every month. They’ll usually send a quick message saying it’s coming, and then it does, just past the due date.
So far it hasn’t caused any real problems, but it’s starting to feel like the due date is more of a suggestion than a deadline.
Should I step in early or just let it slide if the rent still comes in?
