Got ahead of myself with seeing people online saying battery replacement was simple. I replaced the battery but when turning on the game it would have audio distortion and freeze. Removed the battery again and didn't see anything but saw some solder on the top right of the PCB where there's a copper line.. used wick to try and remove it but I think I just made it worse. Now the game doesn't even load and gets stuck at a white screen.
Followed multiple guides and videos and used flux, wicked away old solder, cleaned with IPA, refluxed and soldered the new battery. Didn't think I made any obvious mistakes but now in over my head.
Is the cartridge salvageable by someone experienced? In
