Purchase won't go through with the virtual card, is this because I need to have a pay anywhere subscription?

Looking to purchase a NVR system in the immediate future , like today if I could make up my mind.

It's currently 739ish on Reolink website. Willing to bump that up to 1,000ish if the added value were to be worth it.

Would be my first system. Have about 2 acres with my home sitting in the center of it. Would definitely use all 8 cameras. Possibly add a PTZ later on. Most likely won't keep it connected to the Internet.

I don't know anything about systems and camera's. Other than I would prefer NVR for local storage and PoE for ease of install.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
