Just saying. Sometimes I want to grab a drink and kick back at my PC with the controller and casually game or listen to music. Leaning back in this scenario isn't optional, sitting up straight is ridiculous for these late night sessions. Sometimes I wanna put my feet up on the desk. There are a ton of chairs that would be great if they reclined.

I've almost got all the supplies together to mount dishy about 60ft up on a tree, my only good option as I live in dense forest.

My main concern is the cable, do I need to run some sort of conduit all the way down the tree? That's gonna be expensive and complicated but I'll do it if I need to. I'm thinking I'll use a steel cable between the tree and top of outside wall to run the cable to the house above ground and avoid having to bury the cable. Any suggestions on doing this properly so I don't screw this up?

Not exactly sure about dishys field of view. My entire property is filled with 80ft trees, the only small clearing is where my house sits, right now it's just outside my house about 8ft off the ground. How high up do you think I need to go based on the obstruction map below?

I bought Spigen tempered glass protectors for the wife and I, both of us are struggling to unlock our phones. For now I'm just using smart unlock with my ticwatch but for logging into banking apps and such it is a pain.

What screen protector are you using and getting good results with? Or am I gonna just have to use this thing without one?

*Edit I just removed the screen protector to test and the fingerprint sensor works flawlessly without it. So it's definitely an issue with the protector and not the phone.

Power went out for a minute today, afterwards windows won't boot, I get boot screen then straight to bios. I can see my ssd is detected but if I boot override it just goes back to bios. I can boot from another drive into old win 10 install and see the drive is recognized, though in read only.

You know that little weird pocket on your jeans, I need a vape that fits nicely in there. I have to carry a lot of stuff on me at work so size matters for my vape. I've been using a uwell crown pod for 8 months and the size is perfect, just tired of the bad quality control on replacement pods. Something similar in size to the crown pod would be great, a lot of the new pods I've seen are trending on the larger side. Any recommendations?

I just bought a house and it has a propane fireplace insert, I'm a complete noob with these things. I want to test the fireplace using my gas grill propane tank before I invest in a larger tank but the connections are different, can someone tell me what kind of adapter I need to try this?

My old PC with a 4790k handled everything I needed it to just fine, with some small hiccups in VR, had an itch to upgrade so used this as an excuse.

Went a little on the cheap side and got a few things used, such as the zotac refurb 1080ti, not the one listed btw, it's not a founders edition, and the motherboard.

The PSU was one I had lying around.

It's been a while since my last build, I almost forgot how much I enjoy the process.

My old PC isn't being retired, instead it will become a dedicated living room VR PC.

Have a b450f motherboard, just got a Corsair h100i pro, I can't figure out how the am4 bracket can attach to this motherboard, what am I missing?
