I’m applying for a job that I was previously on the interview committee for. Is it wrong to prepare my answers based on the questions I have from the previous interviews, or is it on them for not changing them because they know I have them from last time?
I think I know the answer to this, but just for kicks: I was on an interview committee for a position I am now applying for. I have the questions from the interviews from last time, which I doubt they will change. Is it wrong to review/prepare from those? Should I just pretend like I don’t have them or is it up to them to change the questions since they know I’ve already seen them?
I have a terrible nighttime routine. Almost every night, I fall asleep on the couch at like 9 or 10 without doing anything I need to do for the night (clean up dinner, take the dog out, brush my teeth, etc). I live in a townhouse so my bedroom is upstairs, and when I’m falling asleep or am dead asleep, the last thing I want to do is completely wake myself up and do things and climb a flight of stairs. I’m trying to find a way to make this work for me, but I just can’t, and it’s making my life worse.
I could just go upstairs after dinner, but I don’t wanna lose the rest of my night because I know once I get in bed, I’m gonna fall asleep, and sometimes I still have stuff to do (plus my tv and

I’m on my second “round” of meds because the first ones didn’t work (made it worse actually), and so I’ve been having extreme anxiety for months now trying to get my meds figured out. I know meds are what would help me most, but unfortunately I’m stuck in the waiting period since you have to give it 3-6 weeks to see if it will work for you. However, so far nothing has. So my anxiety is probably the worst it’s ever been right now. But I’m already seeing a doctor about it, on medication, and in therapy, but none of that is truly helping the daily overthinking, racing heart, and exhaustion.
Are there any tips you all recommend to manage your anxiety if you are not on or can’t be on meds, while

My anxiety has slowly been getting worse so I finally decided to take the plunge and start medication again, and it seems my anxiety has doubled. My heart is CONSTANTLY racing and I’m exhausted by the end of the day (or even the end of the work day) from everything going on in my head. I’ve been on Sertraline (50 mg) for about a month now (first check up appt this week). Is heart racing/more anxiety a common symptom of this medicine? Or did I just not “catch it” in time, the medicine is not working, and my anxiety is just getting worse? I also have potential adhd so that does not help the racing thoughts and exhaustion!

I use notifications to remind me to do all my tasks (emails, calendar alerts, etc) and keep them there until the tasks is done. However some apps remove the notification after a certain amount of time. Unfortunately if the notification goes away, I completely forget about it.
Are there any apps y’all recommend that let you create tasks/reminders that will stay on the lock screen? I know there are tons of to do list apps out there but most of them show your tasks as a whole list, so I can’t swipe away each task as I do it. Bonus points if I don’t have to set a date and time for a reminder - I can just pop it in and it shows up on the lock screen. Thanks!

I suppose there is still the gap from when they get rescued to adulthood that we don’t have full details on, but I can’t imagine police not investigating everything that happened there. Even if they were in dire times or even deemed as situational psychosis, you are put in a mental institution if you plead guilty but insane. But almost all of the deaths were cut and dry murder. Did/have they talked about not saying anything when they got back? I highly doubt every one of them lied and covered up all the murders, and that the police did no investigating. How could they get away with all of this..?
I don’t understand what their original plan was with Coach Scott. If they’d already been out there for a year, what was gonna happen if they were out there for another year (or longer) before they got rescued?? I can’t imagine them leaving him tied up like an animal and feeding him 2-3 times a day for another YEAR (and what was happening with the bathroom situation??). Or what if they decided to move camp?
Once they decided he could live because he was now their “bridge” (whatever tf that means) or savior, and was going to be a help to them, why wouldn’t they let him integrate back into their society?? And if they did get saved, could he have even healed from that injury?
Also, we still h
