When Mike and the Kitchen brothers ambush Otto and his men outside the doctors' office, Mike shoots the nurse then casually slides the gun back up his sleeve.

The same gun-up-the-sleeve he used to shoot The Undertaker later on.

I've rewatched season 2 twice now, and only now noticed this. Thought it was kinda neat continuity.
