What is that movement? It sorta kinda looks sorta almost like a kettlebell clean, but I don't know—I thought you were supposed to do a little more arc at the bottom. And it's definitely at a weight that's hard for him. Seems like his form—for whatever movement he's doing—is breaking down quite a bit.
I'm very curious about this.

I'm almost positive any form of weight lifting where you do reps really fast is dangerous. At least thats what I've been taught. You're supposed to do it slow and deliberate.

Just do it. Or at least don't hang on too long. I'm 25 and I have to shave my head bald. But it's all good, I got a pretty decent beard and it looks way better than if I didn't shave. Feels liberating. Also, hats are better if you don't have a lot of hair.
