I start the Hybrid Immersion program at the Miami campus in January. I’ve been a PTA for the last 7 years so I’m definitely going to be more prepared than the average applicant but I know it’s still going to be rigorous. Does anyone have any study tips, study materials or websites or anything else that could help out? I’ve heard you don’t really need to buy the books but idk … I’ve always bought books but if I don’t have to, I’d rather not.
Some background info:
I am going in with my friend who is also a PTA and we will be going hard together, but at the same time we will be working our current jobs as High school health science teachers. We have full support from administration and will
Have some stuff I’m trying sell but don’t know where to. Any suggestions?
Hey everyone, 29 y/o M, I started the beginner 5k plan for an upcoming race in January about two weeks ago. My goal is to run/jog the 5k with no walking breaks. I've been going good but I am still hung up on the whole zone 2 training. Even when jogging pretty slow My HR elevates to a pretty consistent 185, which is maybe a 6/10 RPE but it's kind of hard to gauge since I am new to running. I am currently using an AWU3 for tracking but bought a Polaris H10 for more up to date HR readings. When I jog slow it feels so much harder then if I am going at the normal jogging pace, and even then my HR still is elevated.
Another thing is, for example, the plan says for one of the training days to jog
