I almost lost her last year, but luckily a liver became available 3 days later. She would have died. I don't think she knows how serious it was because of her encephalopathy, she can't remember being sick. We got married on the 1st of the month and somebody gifted her alcohol going against all of our wishes. Now my wife is drinking daily, second livers don't handle alcohol like your first. She is days away from liver failure. How do I get through to her? Her family has completely abandoned her when they found out. Her friends are sick of hearing about her relapses and she is very alone. I started a new job and she say she drinks to cope with loneliness. I don't think she realizes how lonely

I launched a building in 2018, got on as an AFM and loved it. Struck gold with great management and natural born leaders. I made my way to L3 Master Trainer then was struck with heart issues. . . I was unable to recover in time of my leave of absence so I lost my job. They even interviewed me on my leave for L5 and I got inclined. . coming back here at the bottom.. I love the knowledge I can share with others but the climb seems so far. I know I can make it back or get even higher if I put my mind to it but was I just in the right place at the right time? I'm packing as a white badge now, and just needing some positive reinforcement. Love you all.

I'm trying to deep dive my new department, and it seems like most errors are attributed to associates hitting missing items when they did not look in the problem solve or overage chutes. As a previous quality PA I am trying to find other reasons our quality is so low. Yes we have new hires but my manager is the lowest in the building. I need to help a guy out! Any feedback or tips please help!

I'm getting married at 7:PM tonight, anybody have any tips for a groom who is nervous as heck? I have my vows on a piece of paper . . Is it dumb to have to pull it out and reference it? Also how early did you arrive to your own wedding? I know the bride shouldn't be seen until she is introduced so do I go out and mingle when guests arrive or hang back until I am called on by our efficianator?

Thanks!

post liver transplant is drinking again.

Content Warning: Addiction / Substance Abuse

Not even 4 months after her liver transplant here in California and our wedding in three days at a beach side venue, she's drinking again. I took on a job thinking I was graduating from her main care taker, getting my dream job back after almost losing her. Just to find out she doesn't care. I use to be an addict, to Heroin and prescription pills. . I knew it was killing me and it scares me that she doesn't seem to be phased. . I'm now at work, my dream job starting from the bottom again only to worry about her. I want our wedding to go well but she's informed me she will be drinking to "calm her nerves". She is a mean person when she drinks lately. . Called me a shitty man for being too sic
