TLDR: Signed up for 12 month electricity plan. Didn't know I'd have a $135 monthly base charge. $200 cancellation fee. Am I screwed?

So yeah. I'm an idiot. I recently moved into a new apartment. Before I moved in, the management suggested I look into a new electricity provider. I thought that was a good idea and maybe I could get a better deal. I ended up at the website for Frontier Utilities.

The rates were laid out in a similar fashion as my previous electricity provider's website. I noticed it was cheaper. I didn't think to look deeper into it. I assumed that any obvious charges would be listed directly next to the rate. Or at least in a bullet point underneath the details button or

So in the Edit layout, there is the option to display layered clips. I have 7 tracks from a drum recording that are in a group. I'm editing the timing of the drummers hits because he tends to go in and out of time. Is there a way to slice all of the clips in the same location at the same time? Right know I have to hold down the "5" key and just click each clip. Any ideas?

I'm not sure if this is recording heresy. It probably is, but I'll describe my situation in short.

My friend has a two man punk band. He wants to record a new song of theirs. I generally make electronic music, but I do have enough gear to record a group his size.

The problem is that we have a low quality location to record (his living room) and low quality, probably out of tune drums.

I own the VSTi Addictive Drums. I thought that it might be an option to take the snare recording, for example, and have it trigger the snare in Addictive Drums.

Is this a possibility? Or is it something that I would have to program in by hand?

Either way, I'll take any other suggestions on how to

So I contribute 5% of each pay check while my employer matches 4%. I don't know why I chose 5%. My excuse is that I'm young and ignorant when it comes to money, spending, and saving. I'm 25.

Looking at the flowchart in the sidebar, Emergency fund comes before contributing to 401k. My job automatically enrolled me into the 401k, and I'm not mad because it's something many people my age don't have.

However, just like many people my age, I don't have much of a savings/emergency fund either.

So while I'm building my emergency fund, do I stop adding to my 401k?

I want to stream my music production process. From what I have read, streaming does not rely heavily on a GPU. My music software does not either.

Would I be correct in thinking that I could just get away with having a i7-7700k and work with the integrated graphics? I don't need a GPU?

I don't do any gaming. But I do do some basic video editing and I think I'm used to dealing with long render times on my laptop.
