Must be some sort of ID, some people call it Opus

I checked several CSGO server websites and they only list the server as being down. I used to get constant 12 ping on the north central server but now sometimes I get on the relay and sometimes halfway through a game my ping goes to 900 and I have to call a timeout and hope it goes down.

Are there any resources to predict/announce server downtime because the game is unplayable at this point

I am trying to do research on who owns some of the bars in Chicago, and I cannot find any info past the Chicago Data Portal https://data.cityofchicago.org/Community-Economic-Development/Business-Licenses-Current-Active/uupf-x98q which is not very specific. Are there any other resources the City puts out besides the data portal? or do I have to file a FOIA?
