Cartridge Design History Book Recommendations

I have a question and I read the FAQ

Hello Everyone. I've got an amazing book called The Handloaders Manual of Cartridge Conversions by the Donnelly's. I've also got the books from Nathan Foster of New Zealand. I'm fascinated by the enormous variety of cartridges and the details they show in these books. However the cartridges I'm most curious about have very little, if any, information online regarding the origins or the why behind the case design or the intent of the designer.

Do any of you know of manuals or books that go deep in the weeds on the explanation of the physics of case designs and/or the history of particular case development?

Hello Folks, Ive been reading up a lot of wildcat cartridges and couldn't help but wonder how the maximum chamber pressure is determined. Hypothetically, if you have a barrel chambered in a small cartridge like the .223 (62,366 psi) and rechamber to something larger like a 300 WSM (63,817psi) , how much material can be reamed out safely while reaming a larger chamber? Ignoring the bore, rifling, for the sake of discussion, but using the original rifle.

Can the .233 barrel take the jump in PSI safely? Can that Max chamber pressure of a given barrel and receiver model be requested from a manufacturer?

Hello Folks. I'm new to investing and have been trying to educate myself on the fine print with holding foreign stocks on foreign stock exchanges. I understand that there is a foreign witholding tax that's paid annually on dividends but on the Couch potato article, it explains that the exact amount varies depending on the account it's held in. For example, If I want to buy shares of AVUV, which is traded on the NYSE. I will be paying 15% when I sell the shares, unless it's held in an RRSP. Does this mean that any US stocks purchased in CAD should only be held in an RRSP? And if the stock I buy doesn't pay dividends, is that 15% payed when I sell shares?

Additionally, I'm eager to hear you

Hello folks, I've purchased a rifle in .308 with plans to change the barrel for something chambered in 7mm-08. I know the bolt face diameter of the .308win is .473+/- and the 7mm-08 is the same, so that would imply the barrel just needs to be removed and replaced with a properly reamed barrel. That does not seem very extensive. However, I did not know that the 6.5creedmoor also had the same bolt face diameter as the .308win. Is it possible to remove the barrel chambered in 6.5cm and have it rechambered for the 7mm-08, instead of straight up replacing it?

TL;DR - Is rechambering to 7mm-08 easier from a .308win rifle or a 6.5creedmoor?
