Axes are missing a number of generic options available to Swords/Lances, primarily being Firesweep, but one becoming more noticeable now is the lack of defensive stance weapons; both Sword and Lance have 2 generic defensive stance weapons each (Safeguard+, Barrier Blade+, Berkut's Lance+, Vanguard+) while Axes have zero of this kind.

In recent events, Haar could easily have been given the Axe equivalent of Safeguard+ as something more interesting than another Brave Axe.

Why do you think IS has avoided these weapon types for Axes?

The five new units are unusual in that, in their own games, they didn't transform out of combat (the only other one like this being Yarne), unlike Laguz.

Add to this the fact that the transformation in FEH is tied to the weapon (beast units won't field transform if their weapon is unequipped, something I didn't know until today), meaning that the field transformation is not strictly necessary.

Combining these two points, these units could have been made such that they don't have a field transformation, making them distinct from Laguz whilst still being Beast units.

Additionally, as transformation is tied to a unit's weapon, there could be non-beast units in future which could field trans

I just finished reading through the series up to Volume 17, and some of the things that happen to do with relationships, mostly in volumes 16 and 17, seem nonsensical to me.

The big one is the Ichijous proposing an engagement between Masaki and Miyuki, plus all the asking if it's ok for him to try dating her.

It was clearly stated (in front of a number of people) that Miyuki is engaged (to all appearances a legal engagement as well) to someone she loves, but the Ichijou stance is basically 'hey but if you let my son try dating her she might totally change her opinion' with the logic that she only doesn't like him because 'they haven't had the chance to get to know each other'.

I always set the style to no pet (2nd style, I personally dislike ingame pets), but whenever I play a game with CM and destroy at least one ward during the game, the unlockable pet style enables itself (I unlocked it a long time ago). It's really irritating to have to disable it every time, so does anyone know of a more permanent fix?
