I'm currently attempting to remix a song for my friend of which I don't have a lot of experience with. The song which is mostly guitar, was recorded in 139 bpm, however I'm trying to do a house remix around 130 bpm. But when I lower the bpm or stretch to the wav file to get it in beat the track gets lower and out of tune. So my question is, how could I lower the bpm with and still get the track in tune? Thanks.
I was wondering when you set a drum or synth to a channel in the mixer if there was an option to auto name it. For example if you were to set "Kick 01" to channel 1 in the mixer, is there anyway to get it to automatically show up as "Kick 01" instead of renaming it from "Insert 1"? Sometimes renaming everything gets tedious.
I have an Asus N76V series with Windows 8.1 64 bit and a Geforce GT 635M graphics card. I recently hooked it up with a HDMI cable to 43 inch 1080p tv. However 1600x900 comes out pixelated with such a larger screen. I have the latest drivers and online it says this card supports 2560x1600 and 2048x1536 resolutions, as you can see here,

Yet If go to my windows display settings or Nvidia display settings (Nvidia Control Panel) the highest resolution that is offered is 1600x900. Is there something I need to do or am I just not fully understanding how resolution works. Thanks.
