We are in the process of holding an essay contest to award our restaurant, property, inventory, recipes, equipment, furnishings, art, well pretty much everything with the exception of a few pictures and a CD collection that has taken me 23 years to build. Oh and some choice bottles of single malt Scotch I have acquired over the years. There is zero liabilities, nothing that is owed to anyone at all. We want to change someones life and give them the opportunity to be as successful as we were. This is a 15 table 70 seat fine dining establishment in SE Arizona with good web presence, good reviews, loyal clientele. We are currently open 4 days per week for lunch and 5 days per week for dinner.

New to Reddit, is there other sub reddits that appeal/cater to restaurant owners, workers, wanna be owners, food service professionals that you know of? I have searched a few subs and anything I have found seems to be more than a year old, or like this one very under used.
