Quick background. I'm a lifelong Sun Abuser, over the years I've had 5 melanomas (all regular surgery addressed successfully--so far) plus multiple diagnosed "lesser" skin issues including Squamous not on my face or head but in various limbs etc. In some of these SCC cases the Squamous literally vanished and my regular dermatologists essentially said don't worry about it. So far no ramifications from any previous disappearing Squamous instances.

I saw one of my two regular derms about 5 weeks ago. She biopsied an area of my nose on which I hadn't detected anything troubling..but she did. The Biopsy came back "Right Nasal Dorsum--SQUAMOUS- CELL CARCINOMA" There was no Stage of the SCC on the

SCC right outside of nose. Was barely detectable Derm biopsied it came back SCC.. Previous squamous diagnoses on forearm were large blobs of raised white skin which completely disappeared on their own. Derm said this is not unusual and nothing to be concerned about.

She said the Squamous on the outside of the nose (which was not that noticeable in the first place) needs MOHS Surgery. Nothing done or recommended on previous SCC on arm (disappeared). Why is derm insistent that I get MOHS on nose SCC even if it too disappears? Derm is not the MOHS surgeon (both in same medical practice though).

Also for how long will I be dealing with my clients swathed with post-MOHS bandages/dressings or e

I'm 14 days after Double Lap Inguinal and Umbilical Surgery, still in a bit of noticeable pain, some "normal" activities somewhat limited resumed, but overall seem to be on course toward recovery.

Here is my question. The fact not one of you immensely helpful people have mentioned you have been through this is confusing to me. Begging for responses!!

From my Surgical Consult one month before Surgery on 6/3 right through yesterday's follow-up Meeting with the Surgeon, he has repeatedly insisted and emphasized I must wear a Jockstrap over my underpants almost continuously, including while sleeping, except for showering and pooping. Insisted.

One was actually put on my at the conclusion of th

I am trying to avoid the days long constipation that forced the postponement of the previously scheduled surgery date leading to an additional month of pain/discomfort.

I reached out to the Surgeon's "scheduler" on Friday asking what I thought was a simple question: "If I haven't pooped for a day or two at the most before Surgery--not a lengthy bout of constipation like before--is 1 day without pooping again going to cause a postponement? One day or two at the most"?)

Her response was even if it's only one day I should do a full colonoscopy prep and eat nothing the day before. The previous instructions were simply (assuming no constipation) do not eat or drink after Midnight the day before

I've posted here often. Second bout of "out-of-the-blue" constipation which combined with my double inguinal hernia(s) was extremely painful with each passing day physically and mentally because previous hernia surgery was postponed because the surgeon said he would not operate if I was constipated 36 hours before the previous date. New date for surgery is June 3rd.

The mental stress is temporarily gone as I'm enjoying a day or two of no pain BUT the goal now is, what do I do to hope another bout of constipation is not about to begin which may foreseeably last until 36 hours before June 3rd?

The pain will increase daily. So, my question is what do I do now and starting when, to try to bec

Surgeon decided to postpone much needed hernia surgery when I finally reached him (instead of the effing unmonitored "portal") the day before scheduled Surgery, (Day 6 of constipation) He said if you're that constipated he'd be very reluctant to perform double hernia surgery until I'm relatively clear .Surgery postponed for 4 weeks.

I had been taking most laxatives under the sun with no results whatsoever until this morning (Day 10). I kept explaining to my "medical" team this out of the blue constipation (the hernia might be playing a role) emerged over a period of time, and even after it seems to resolve the "cycle" might reoccur including continuing again until right before the new sur

My question which I have raised with the "portal"--no access to the surgeon-- starts with the fact that less than 24 hours before the surgery I am and have been severely constipated for 6+ days. Laxatives have done nothing. I of course will resort to the nuclear option (a Mineral Oil Fleets Enema) in a few more hours.

Question (cannot get the Surgeon's clear answer on this): IF the mounting constipation is not "resolved" by tomorrow's scheduled double inguinal surgery, does the unprocessed large amount of poop in my intestine(s) put me at risk for any surgical complications? All the "portal" has said is that the anesthesia, etc. will definitely prolong the constipation but no response abou

82 yo Male. Other than a few days after previous surgeries I've never had any concerning Constipation issues.

Had a very productive BM last Saturday (7 days ago).Have been regular for years (BM every 1-3 days).

I don't drink much water, eat a lot of less than optimal foods (sufficient fiber each day, but heavy on desserts, sweets) but my diet has previously not caused any issues. I started to be(come) concerned after 4 days of not going with minimal if any urge to do so.Even 4 days is unusual. .

On Day 4, tried a "gentle" OTC Laxative (MiraFast Soft Chews) feeling certain it would quickly solve the problem having taken no Laxatives for decades. Kept to minimum dosage per directions.Nothin

I paid the $399 at Signing (Ally Auto Lease) and as I questioned it the Dealer said neither they (Dealer) or Ally marks up this item, it is the actual cost (or so they said) of Title and Registration set by New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles for those Documents.

I did not receive my Registration from the State for a few weeks and the actual cost per NJDMV was $ 269 (not the $399 Amount Due At Signing Line for "Doc Fee"). Do I have any recourse and if so against the Dealer or against Ally Auto?

Thanks in Advance.

Are any of you folks aware of any Chevrolet (and or GM) Loyalty or other incentives that are or might be applicable between now and Jan 10th? Other than Reddit what website would list an updated list of any such incentives?

This Lease when finalized will be my third consecutive Lease of a Chevy (2 Malibus now moving to a Trax because Chevy doesn't make sedans). Plus I've purchased many Chevys over the decades.

Same Dealer (who also processed my current Lease of my soon to be turned in Malibu before the presumed Trax Lease) is offering nothing at all.

Thanks and Happy New Year
