Amazon prices were too good so I “needed” these something bad! I think I’m in the mindset for them right now

So today randomly my ring stopped recoding at around 2:30, not even with motion and I can’t connect to the live cam. Internet connection is very good according to the app and when I try to live view it says my phones connection is weak. The camera is hardwired in so it’s not a power issue. Anybody know what’s going on?
