When I scroll through the menus, it says the auto stop/start battery isnt available and "charging", which I dont care about since I dont like it anyway, but is it something to worry about taking to a dealer to fix? It's under warranty, but if its not going to cause damage to the main one, I'd rather not wait a day for them to replace it.
Can we turn them off? I read really fast, so I'm fast-forwarding through a lot of the dialogue and know I'm missing out, but dont want to listen to what I've already read.
Title says it all. Landed on a few moons, cleared out the ship (Freestar Mule) just to see what happens, and I never get the option to sit in the chair. No prompt or anything. I'm at rank 4 for piloting so I should be able to fly anything, right?
Probably dumb, but I have 2 "extra" switches for lights, one looks like the lights pointing down, the other up. Are those special, and does anyone run either all the time? Thought it might be running lights
Is there a way to see what the class of a ship is before you get ready to hijack it? I've used the scanner and dont see anything, I've had 2 different smugglers where I got rid of the crew, but when I go to the pilot chair, there's no prompt to sit. I'm rank 3 so should be able to do Class B. That whole page is messed up, it doesnt say I have to unlock it, but it says "destroy 30 ships", even though I did 15 to unlock it already. And I dont see anywhere in my profile that actually shows my stats.
I've read that this is a known issue, but havent seen what a fix is. Some say balance, I dont think that would be it with brand new tires and all, but doesnt anyone else get this? Doesnt always happen, but when it does its right around the 60mph mark, and if I get to 67+, it smooths out again.
For some reason, the UC attack me as soon as I’m in the system. No hailing or anything, ship scans and there’s no contraband. Even says “scan cleared you can land” but they blow me out of the sky every time.
I went to Cheyenne and looked at the bounty kiosk, and it shows no bounty.
Can’t go back saves, only have auto, and the only one without it is my level 1
This might be dumb, but are there just regular missions you can do that dont really matter to the story? Like in Elite Dangerous, I could just go to a mission board and ferry people around on my cruise liner ship to build credits, then hop over to one that had tons of storage if I wanted to make super-fast money.
Bought and tried to return it after a few hours but Microsoft denied, so I’m forcing myself, but does it get better? The combat is bad, basically loot crates everywhere, running across maps for quests. Yea it’s pretty, but so is RDR2, and that’s tedious
Does anyone know if theres any padding that can go on the manual window? My knee usually sites right where it is out of habit, and it rubs and on long trips can be a pain. I could always add something myself, but if there were something that looked better, I'd buy it
Just wondering the highest mileage people have. I traded my 2010 Tundra on my Jeep, it had about 180k miles on it, and the only thing I ever did was brakes, tires, and oil. Only reason I traded was because it had cosmetic damage (dings, tint, seats were getting old) and a few things like TPMS, and was going to cost about 4-5k to get it all back to normal, and decided it was time.
I've only had my jeep for about a week (just discovered the volume buttons behind the wheel), and saw this today on the wheels. Is there a reason each one has what looks like a cover or something on the lugnuts (top one in this picture)
Bought a 2020 sport last week, and adding some smaller upgrades (seat covers, short antenna, weathertec, etc). My last major ones for awhile are rhino spray and a cover.
For the cover, I want the hard trifold, are there any decent aftermarket ones that are as good as “real” ones? I don’t want to have to replace it in a few years and have wasted money.

Title says it all, I'm lucking at selling my 10 year old Tundra and looking at a Gladiator Rubicon. Whats the wind noise on a soft top on the interstate? I used to have a 98 Sahara, and it got loud around 50mph+, but I'm guessing they made improvements. Dont really want a hard top, since that defeats the whole purpose.
