My wife and I are going to be going on a trip with a long flight soon and I'm looking for game suggestions for her and I to play on our Steam Decks together while on the plane. I'll have a small travel router with me, so LAN connections won't be a problem, but internet connection isn't a guarantee.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

First, I want to preface this by saying I'm a total networking noob, but I'm trying to learn.

I recently got an Aruba S2500-48P switch from eBay, and I have had nothing but trouble with it since. But, being a networking noob, I'm not sure if the device is just a dud, or if I just don't know enough about the switch to make it work properly.

Initially my network was flat and didn't use any VLANs, but after setting up pfsense, I wanted to segregate some of my IoT devices, so I created some VLANs, and on the S2500 I set their ip gateway and subnet mask. From there I set the proper ports to the correct native VLANs, and designated the ports as access and trunk as appropriate (I used trunk for

Ideas for Hexennacht

Question / Discussion

TST's website says: Hexenacht is a solemn holiday to honor those who were victimized by superstition.

I'm just looking to get ideas for appropriate ways to observe the holiday with a small group of people.

Thanks in advance!

The things I would be most interested in seeing added to the next Steam Deck are (in no particular order):

  • Fully Compliant USB 4 ports (would be amazing to hook up to an external GPU)

  • Additional USB port on the bottom of the Deck

  • Full size m.2 ssd

  • Intel wireless chip (for better Linux compatibility)

  • Rumble motors (I know this would be a stretch)

I was thinking of trying to use interior cameras for facial recognition based presence detection, and was wondering if anyone had done something similar.

I know there is already room assistant and Bluetooth based room presence detection, but that requires you to always have your phone on you, and makes it hard to know if you're in a hallway for instance. But, if I had facial recognition based presence detection, anywhere I could put a camera I could have highly tailored automations,

ex: have very dim lights following me around the house in the middle of the night when I get up for something. That's an instance when having lights automatically come on would help me not wake up too much, an

I know this is an odd question, but my wife and I want a divorce and I don't want the 50% share of our property that I am entitled to. Our marital home is the only joint asset we have together, and I just want this to be over quickly, and since I don't need the money, I have no issue giving up my share.

Would this expedite the process? Is it even possible? Any information or sources would be greatly appreciated!

I think it would be pretty cool to have a custom sleeve to cable going from the wall to the PSU, but I'm finding it very hard to find any information on doing such a modification.

If you know of, and can share any sources or information on sleeving the power cord for the PSU, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

Like the title says, I'm looking for information on sleeving the cord that goes from the wall to the PSU. I'm finding it pretty hard to even figure out what the connectors are called, and what would be the best method for replacing one end, so I can wrap and cut the cord to my specifications.

Any information or sources on the matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
