I’m currently playing KH2: FM on Critical (Loving it) and I’m wondering when the best time to go to Halloween Town is since it’s optional. Should I go before or after Twilight Town Revisit, after Agrabah, or before I go to the Tron World?

So I recently got back into Kingdom Hearts and recently started playing KH2: Final Mix for the first time. I started playing it on Standard difficulty and got to the point after the 1000 Heartless battle (really fun btw), and idk why but I started to feel whelmed about the whole game. Like I’m massively enjoying KH2 a lot more than the first but does the game get harder later because I kind of feel that it’s still a bit easier than I thought. I’m still dying a bit (I have 9 deaths so far) but I’ve heard that critical mode massively enhances the gameplay and enjoyment a lot. Is this true?

If that’s the case, then should I stop my current Standard playthrough and restart on Critical or should

So recently I’ve been wanting to get back into KH since I put off playing it for a long time after suffering against Squall and Yuffie. If you want to know how far I got in the story I did up to Bastion Hollow and I beat Maleficent and Ansem Riku. I’ve been wanting to get back into the games after hearing about and seeing how incredible the bosses are in KH2 Final Mix as well as the bosses from KH3: ReMind.

The problem is though, I feel obligated to finish KH1 even though I don’t want to suffer through its clunky combat. I really don’t want to suffer through fighting Sephiroth and the Ice Titan just so I can experience everything the game has to offer just through obligation rather than wa

(Read the edit, I made this post when I was tired and lost patience. Great game and I’ll git gud)

Sorry for this being complaining but I just need to vent.

Recently I’ve been getting into the Megaman series (specifically X) for the first time, and I have finished X1 and 2 and skipped 3 because I heard 4 was fantastic. And for 95% of the game, it is. The Mavericks are incredibly fun to fight. But that last 5% is some of the worst experience I’ve ever had playing a video game.

So I was having a massive blast with Rockman X4 (because the english VA is awful), until I got to Sigma and I absolutely despise this game now. I spent an hour on this stupid fight and I still can’t beat it. Even wit

Basically the title. I know how infamously hilarious X4’s dub is but I cannot stand playing as X and hearing constant beeping from him as I play through the game. After hearing the japanese dub, X sounds way better. Is there a way to switch the dub on the Legacy collection on the Switch version or do I have to play the Japanese version instead?

So I need to apologize, specifically to the nice people of this subreddit. A day ago I made a post asking why people consider MMX good and then proceeded to rant why this game was “bad” and “unfair” like an idiot instead of getting gud. I deleted the post because I’m a coward but also because after giving the Sigma stages one more fair shot and beating the game, I felt bad about that post. I was also being a bit rude to some of the people who were giving advice so I’m sorry to those users who were giving good advice. So massive skill issue on my part overall.

I’m not used to playing higher difficulty 2D games so I need to massively adjust my mindset going into these games and learn to have

So I recently ordered Sonic Unleashed for the 360 and I was wondering if it’s backwards compatible with the Series X. Also did it receive a 60 fps enhancement?

So I’m playing MG3 on Normal at the moment (loving it so far) and I just got my stuff back from EVA. A few questions:

  1. Discounting the final boss, how difficult is the rest of the game? Or am I past the worst of it considering I’m past The Fury (which was really unfun)?

  2. Apparently right before the final boss, there’s a small escort mission and I’ve seen people complain about it. How difficult is it? Or am I making a mountain out of a molehill?

The reason I’m asking this stuff is that towards the end of some games that I haven’t played, I start to get somewhat nervous and start overthinking things, it happened when I was playing Final Fantasy 6 and now it’s happening now with MGS3. A

So I’m fairly new to the MGS series and while I did try the original game, I gave up on it. Right now I decided to play Snake Eater since I thought it would be better since it is the first game chronologically and I’m having a somewhat better time with the game. I went stealth instead of gunning down everyone since I don’t like the gunplay to do so, and it’s much more of a hassle to kill everyone plus sneaking around is more fun. I had a bit of trouble on the Ocelot fight since aiming while standing still can get irritating. Is there any suggestions I should take? I stopped right after the Ocelot fight in the cave. Any advice? Like should I get some other weapons for just the bosses or can I

Did I miss something?

SpoilerDiscussion

So I just finished the recent chapter and I felt absolutely nothing at the end. The manga acts like it’s this big reveal but I have zero clue who York was.

So I’ve decided to start reading the Archie comic and I know to start at issue 160 since that skips Ken Penders’ run from what I’ve heard and starts Ian Flynn’s run. Question is: is there anything I need to know before starting with issue 160? Like any kind of general information I need to know before starting and is there a video or source that sums up issues 1-159?

So I’m kind of interested in watching All Quiet on the western Front and every time I hear about it, I get reminded of Wendigoon’s video on it. But there are many saying that the modern one is fantastic and it’s nominated for Best Picture at the Oscars, should I check out the modern version or should I watch the 1930s version?
