Refreshrate 144hz

👋 Help Requested! 👋

Is it possible to force this game to run at 144hz? For some reason it's locked to 70hz, and I can't find a way to change it.

From the footage I have seen from BF2042, it unfortunately looks like DICE made the same mistake with holographic/red dot/reflex style optics as they did in BF4 before they fixed it in BF4 CTE.

The dot or crosshair in holographic and red dot sights should not move with the frame of the optic, as they are not physical crosshairs but projected in the sight; they should be parallax free (see an example here). I.e. they shouldn't bounce around with the recoil of the weapon.

Like I said, Battlefield 4 used to have this same visual recoil in holographic sights as I see in the BF2042 alpha footage, but they changed them to be parallax free in an C

First of all, it could be because it's a demo with stripped features, but it feels like the game lacks a certain depth and complexity that allow players to adjust their playstyle to their liking. I can understand if the comparison to COH2 gets tiring, but the games have so many similarities that it's impossible not to, so I will reference COH2 here and there.

Infantry / Support

When it comes to infantry... it seems very lackluster. In COH2 you have the ability to change the role of infantry, by for example giving them BAR's, grenades, bazooka's, etc. Which makes the units more versatile and gives depth to the gameplay. If your playstyle is medium range, you can do so, if you like clo

Beta feedback

Discussion

This is a collection of feedback the squad I've been playing Battlefield with for years and me wrote down when we were playing the beta. I'm sure many points have already been made in some of the other feedback posts I've seen, but I've just left it as is. I believe some of the DICE devs and CM's frequent this subreddit, so I hope guys like u/tiggr, u/Braddock512 and u/danmitre see this and other feedback posts and that they find them useful.

General gameplay

  • Time To Death
The TTD is currently extremely frustrating. Almost every death is an instant death, while the enemy has probably been shooting you for several seconds on their screen. But it feels like a single bullet. It's

I've been a bit out of the loop recently, and I'm wondering if the reintroduction of the old Conquest system is still a thing, or has that been cancelled? I think I recall DICE saying they would probably bring it back, but I haven't been keeping up to date since.

I've seen this model posted a few times before, but I thought you guys might like this nevertheless. I was able to buy a Seiko Data-2000 (imgur album) that has never been used/worn whatsoever. I don't even think it has ever had a battery in it. Everything is present, except the manual.

I bought it to wear it, but I'm kinda hesitant because it's still so clean.
