Hi everyone. I am 1 year out of treatments and I am currently in physical therapy for my neck pain. I will get a neck cramps like you get in your legs that I have to try and massage to get rid of them. I have been in physical therapy for about 3 weeks and have 2 weeks left. They are not as frequent as they used to be a few a day, down now to a couple a week.
Is anyone else experiencing this? I had kind of chalked it up to this is how will be from now on, but my primary care doctor suggested the therapy.
I wish everyone well on your cancer journey and know it does get better, just a new normal.....
