So I have a Yamaha P-71 which just contains a USB-B out. I'm trying to figure out the most efficient way to be able to effectively use this as a controller for a MiniFreak, an Aira S-1, and a Digitone 2. Considering it doesn't have a MIDI DIN 5-pin connection which would make my life a lot easier, what is the best way I can use this as a controller for each of these and switch between them without too much hassle? I've tried researching this a bit, but I'm struggling to find an obvious solution that doesn't require a whole bunch of additional hardware. I'm open to solutions that involve a PC as a bridge, but I'd prefer to keep that out of the setup if possible. I would prefer to keep an

It's obvious that one of the biggest hurdles in the commercial adoption of LLMs is and will continue to be in the short term privacy concerns around data, whether that be proprietary information around industry knowledge or heavily regulated domains like health or finance. Are any of you seeing this start to shift or see these concerns be dealt with? Of course some of the massive corporations likely have the infrastructure to deal with this, but for many it's likely not feasible currently.

Any insight you could provide here would be helpful/interesting. As things stand, even if we had models that were far more capable than the current set, it seems we still have a long way to go in terms o

Is it possible to move the arpeggiator sequence into the actual sequencer? Copy/Paste doesn't seem to cover this and I tried to find it in the manual but I could be missing something.

While I will concede it's not nearly as noticeable as the fingers used to be, I feel like noses are too well defined at this point as to be unrealistic. Especially the edges of the nostril. I realize this is nitpicking, but does anyone else see this? As we get closer and closer to perfection, I think stuff like this will only become more noticeable on the uncanny valley spectrum.

Maybe I'm just crazy, though :P

I am still planning on the prospect of working and saving/investing for retirement as if nothing will be different, but I know realistically within the decade many of us could very likely not have the ability to work and be compensated in the way we are currently, let alone 10-15 years from now. While something approximating UBI seems inevitable, I can't realistically see that as a guarantee, nor can I estimate the quality of life that would afford.

Have you guys changed or thought of changing your plans based on the developments of the last 12 months and glimpsing into the future?

I don't think this requires a serious tag, but I would appreciate trying to add some some value/insi

I just wanted to get a sense of your thoughts on the pros and cons of being on a preferred server (even if it is just for 90 days). My friends have all started on a non-preferred server so I joined them, but I had already gotten two characters to around 30. It feels a lot better with the double xp, but I also wonder whether it is actually too much. I got a job from 12 to 27 in like an hour and a half. Where I really see the benefit is in crafting. It seems like it would be significantly easier to crank those out without as much time and money investment early on. That said, I don't want to reduce the sense of accomplishment for doing it "properly". Those that have used the preferred b

I am part of a small group of gamers looking to add just a few people to our group. While we won't be playing together every night and we will rotate through games on a regular basis, we are mostly just looking for a few people with similar gaming interests we can have fun chatting with even if we aren't playing games. We want to try to start putting some events on the calendar for stuff like Among Us that we can get a full group together to play. Here are some games that we have been playing recently:

Among Us
Overwatch
Vermintide 2
Don't Starve Together
Golf With Your Friends
Diablo 3

Other games some of us play that we would love to get some others playing with us:

Hey everyone -- just looking to do a little informal poll here if you want to assist me. I am looking for people who have or have tried the Rift S as well as your IPD and then whether you felt the IPD settings on the Rift S negatively impacted your experience or whether it was a determining factor in buying/keeping/enjoying the Rift S. I just had my IPD measured at 67.5 (one was 1.5 higher than the other -- could this be an issue?) and while the Quest I have works fine, I have a PC capable of using the Rift S and would probably switch it for that though the IPD has me concerned.

Any input you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
