I tried to upgrade my M7 8K mouse firmware from v1.0.0 to v1.0.1, but the process failed with the message "Firmware upgrade failed" when I tried to upgrade through the web launcher. I had the mouse directly connected through a usb-c cable to my macbook air. I tried this multiple times and it kept failing. Thankfully the mouse is still working fine after physically disconnecting and reconnecting the mouse through usb-c. 2.4ghz and bluetooth still works as well.

I was disputing a $2k~ transaction from Thompson Hyatt and wasn't getting anywhere when was attempting to contact the hotel directly or hyatt corporate.

So I pursued things with Chase Disputes. I provided extensive detailed evidence of the situation on what was a valid dispute. But over three months of dealing with Chase, multiple letters and over 10 phone calls, Chase closed my rejected my dispute and subsequent appeal.

To clarify, my dispute was indeed "valid" as I was finally able to get the proper refund from Hyatt after multiple months of escalation: direct hotel > hyatt concierge > hyatt accounting > hyatt consumer affairs. A whole other issue in it of itself...)

The page was slowing to a crawl. Each keystroke when typing a message took about a second to be visible. Is this just Facebook's website getting huge and bloated?

My previous eye doctor prescribed me contacts with a base curve of 8.4 to try and "hold the shape of the cornea". I feel like my eye sight has been fine so far with those contacts. Is there merit to this idea? I moved recently and found a new doctor that recommended a base curve of 8.8 to avoid constricting the blood vessels in the eye.
