Jeff Foust on Twitter: "In a smallsat constellation panel, SpaceX’s Jonathan Hofeller says the company is building “close to 8” Starlink satellites a day at its Redmond, Wash., facility. Vertical integration has cut the cost of its user terminal by 2/3rds from the original version."

The TI DRV8353 gate driver is rated to ~100V, but the pins are only 0.25mm apart. Every Creepage and Clearance ruleset I can find demands values greater than that, even under "perfect" conditions (clean board, conformal coating, etc).
How do I, as a PCB designer, justify using this part for 100V systems? How does TI justify it?
Hi all,
I'm restarting FFX... Again. The furthest I've ever gone was the Spoiler (about 35 hours in), and then I quit when i couldnt beat him.
What are some (spoiler free) suggestions for not getting stuck again or bored, so I can finally beat the game?
In pure speed mode, the car wouldn't slow down going uphill, but in pure torque mode you'd get free-wheeling when you let off the pedal as the torque controller maintains 0 torque.
So is there a weird blend? Is it something along the lines of "max torque & max speed, whichever you hit first"?
Anyone have this problem where the game looks super washed out but the gamma, contrast, and brightness sliders don't do anything? I had this problem in the past but I can't remember how I fixed it (if I ever did). Running AMD RX 580 and the newest drivers
Hey all,
I'm looking to build a VR PC, so I'm curious what brands seem to get the best frame rates / performance out of DCS.
- AMD / Intel CPU?
- AMD or NVidia GPU?
- VR Headsets - any incompatible?
I currently have an LG G4. Ideally, my next phone would be an LG G4 with a top of the line processor & RAM (and less buggy software... I already had to replace one due to the boot loop bug).
Wireless charging capable mandatory.
USA, Verizon
I have these old Sony tower/TV side mount speakers. Are they worth keeping, or should I just spring for modern equipment?
reddit.com/gallery/i0xsdwIt looks like KWA has discontinued the M226 PTP, and now only sells the "LE" version with the awful "finger" grip. I'd like the original.
