So, this morning I had an unpleasant experience wherein I began to watch a YouTube video and suddenly my laptop's speaker began making a loud screeching sound. This lasted for about five seconds, and then the sound stopped. Since then I have not been able to get any sound output from the laptop, even from the splash screen while powering it on. The audio will not come through the speakers nor from the 3.5mm jack if I plug in headphones.

I have attempted to uninstall/reinstall the Realtek drivers, restarted, turned off audio enhancements... I'm currently updating Windows 10 to 20H2, but the laptop was quite up to date otherwise.

The laptop is still under warranty until the 25th, so if noth

So as of last night the YouTube app on my Nvidia Shield will no longer play "age restricted content." It gives me a warning prompt as it had in the past (annoying), but even after I confirm that I want to continue it gives me another message: "Somethign went wrong. Sorry, this content is age-restricted." and the only option is "Back."

I have confirmed that Restricted Mode is turned off. I have also been able to watch the same video on my PC and phone, using the same account/profile. I tried forcing the YouTube app to close and trying again. I tried signing out and back in. Nothing seems to resolve this issue.

As a long time fan of Blizzard, it is with great disappointment that I must report that their once excellent phone support is seemingly dead. If you call their support line you will be greeted by an IVR, which will redirect you to their support website. They will only return calls for specific types of tickets.

Frequently when I would see issues reported by other players on Reddit I would recommend that they contact their phone support. The few times that I have had to contact them they were very personable and helpful. Some of the best support experiences that I have ever had. Apparently that is no longer a priority at the company.

Furthermore, Blizzard has refused my refund request for C

I am an original Kickstarter backer at the Dark Grimoire tier. I have my platform selected as PC.

On the Fangamer survey, I have the option of upgrading to the next tier for another $25 (Dark Grimoire + Digital Game).

On the other hand, I can add a digital copy (with backer bonuses) to my backing for $60.

What I'm confused on is if I will get the backer bonuses on the digital copy if I do the Dark Grimoire + Digital Game tier. I would like to have it on both my PC and Switch, with backer bonuses.

Hello all,

I’ve been looking for a good carrying case for my GBA SP and my GB Micro for some time now, but I never seem to come across anything particularly good, and typically just fine worn out, well used cases. Currently my Micro is just in a little pouch. What are you guys using?

Has anyone found any good, modern cases (probably used for other things, or generic cases) which fit any of these devices well?

Quality CRTs are hard to find in my area, however I see a listing for a BVMD14H1U for $300. I’m uncertain as to whether or not this would be a good buy. It’s a widescreen monitor, and supports up to 1080i. It seems to have one set of RGB inputs, which would be a step up from my current monitor which only has S-video.

I’m also not sure about the size, given that it is a widescreen monitor, it may actually display 4:3 images smaller than my current monitor. On the other hand, I think it would be an advantage if I ever decided to hook up a PS2/XBOX and what-have-you to it.
