I find it extremely disappointing that I buy a physical disc and the game store doesn't recognize it as a purchase. Because it doesn't recognize it as a purchase, I can't rate the game, but most infuriating is that I can't choose which version of the game to download from the disc.
Specifically, my family owns Sackboy on disc for PS5. I have two PS5 controllers, a bunch of PS4 controllers (all but one with stick drift which is a whole other complaint,) and four players. I can't choose to download the PS4 version of Sackboy from my PS5 disc meaning I only have two usable controllers. I paid for the higher version of the game, where are my options?? Anyone else having trouble with their PS4 constantly losing complete internet connection? I can lose internet up to every hour and at least once a day with the only way to bring it back being a "Test Connection" via the settings or a restart. I can't see online friends, stream video, download, browse the store, anything- it's just all gone and it happens SO OFTEN.
I can't find anything online about this being an issue for anybody and having tried all the troubleshooting methods, it is still happening constantly almost six months later. It's not my internet (no other device including the PS3 EVER loses connection to my wifi) so it's a problem with the Playstation 4 itself.
