Im a teenager and have been on T for almost 4 months, DIY, but im in the UK and have been referred to this endocrinologist thing. my parents know I'm taking T but i have already lied to my doctor about it
I will soon have an appointment with this gender clinic (but won't be able to get on T waiting list legally until 18yrs old, probably get it prescribed around 24 w the way the UK is right now)
I have done at home blood tests and have a close log of basically everything medical transition related. should i let them know incase they say its like an exceptional circumstance and can bridge the medication over, or are we thinking that'll get me in legal trouble
idk if this is the right flair lol my bad if it is not
I don't know if this is related to my medical transition or not, but my tongue for the past couple weeks has felt like, too big for my throat? As if I'm slightly gagging on it. It's tolerable, I can ignore it, its just slightly uncomfortable but it doesn't feel irritated or like a cold.
I'm 3.5 months on T and the past 2 months or so my voice has dropped significantly, I'm wondering if this is common and to do with that? Due to vocal cords thickening and such is what I assumed 😭🙏 it feels so weird, does anyone know about this and if so, how quickly does this pass?
I have this realm with my partner and we're trying to download the realm as hes struggling to finance it. he owns the realm but he plays on xbox, i play on pc, so he cant just download it and send it to me
been trying to find how to download it remotely instead as operator permissions won't let me download it either :/ but can't find anything! pls help
tw some sexual connotations, no specific description but may trigger some
I am mad so this is not written well lmao
been in relationship with this real sweet guy for over a year and a half. love him more than anything else. but he still slips up often and calls me she, girlfriend, girl, he can't accept that he's dating a guy. i did not have to come out to him. i was a guy from the start.
in the first 3 months he massively fetishised me being trans and then lost all sexual interest. he wants more than anything for me to be happy, he has cheered me on the most out of anyone since starting T, but he still calls himself a straight dude and says he struggles to accept that he's technically gay
need t cypionate or enanthate specifically
Don't know if this is the right tag or not, could be under celebratory too, but regardless
My clinic didn't offer me gel which would have been my preferred method. It only offered intramuscular/subq injections, or a daily pill. I didn't think a pill would be good for my liver or other organs long term and I've always had a terrible fear of needles, so I really wanted to get over this by making it a routinely positive thing (part of my transition!).
I chose IM first but the muscles take a while to get used to it, so I quickly swapped over to subq. A few days ago I asked on here about my hrt and why subq was hurting so much more during the injection, and asked for some help getting over my n
I have an excessive fear of needles but I've managed to do my first 4 ish weeks of shots and I'm very happy about it. I just don't know how I can keep going.
I've always had strong needle phobia but recently overcome it - I used to pass out at the sight of them and now I'm able to confidently administer an injection without feeling squirmish. Now it's just when it's ME injecting MYSELF that's an issue.
The first 2 were intramuscular but then I had horrible muscle pains so had to stop that. I think I had hit a vein and it scared me out of it.
I had advice to switch over to subq, but the injection hurts SO much more during the injection? (less afterwards which is good, but ouch!)

so, im trans. ive gone by the name "Abijah" for a while now (pronounced ab-eye-ah). but as its quite uncommon, i often have people asking where it comes from, and realising that none of my heritage is related. I don't really want to be clocked as trans now that i pass and have more people realise it wasn't my birth name, so sadly, im looking to change it
i found the name Anzo which is lovely and feels very me, but it's SO uncommon and i fear it wouldn't be much different to how my current name is treating me.
i like short names, names with the letter A, and I like names such as Enzo or Adrien, or with a similar vibe to Abijah. masculine names are preferred, but some gender neutral names im
So, I'm trans, and I have gone by the name "Abijah" for many years now (pronounced ab-eye-ah). But as I live in England and I am mixed, I often have people asking me where the name is from and more recently asking if I am Jewish (which I'm not, nor is any of my heritage related, but I've gotten away with it well until late). I don't really want to cause conflicts (as others hearing this question have occasionally been angered? it has never bothered me myself however), nor do I want to be clocked as trans and have more people realise it wasn't my birth name. Therefore I'm looking to change it. Sadly.
I've looked around, but I have a problem that if the name is too unique, I am easily clocked
