I started playing Pleasantview in my Uberhood rotation. It’s always been my second favorite neighborhood in past playthroughs, but I’m drawing a few blanks for how I want to play things this time around, especially since they have access to other neighborhoods. There are also a few custom sims in this neighborhood, but I’m not worried about them.

My style of play is pretty loosey-goosey, primarily favoring and focusing on Sims I like while trying to have narratives. I’m open to random surprises (good and bad), though.

Sims 2 was running on my old PC, but due to Windows 11 not installing properly, my computer guy had to do a complete wipe. I also upgrade my PC in the process and everything runs smoothly... except for this game, of course.

I had all my old Sims 2 files saved before the big delete. Everything was running fine, including my mods. But since the upgrade, the game consistently crashes before the EA "Su Su!"

- 4GB patch is installed. I can't remember if I applied any other fixes. Last time I tried to fix this on my own, it didn't work and I forgot to follow-up.

I'm not good with this sort of thing. I can provide logs if needed.

**Set-up:** Players have been wandering in the dangerous wilderness. They have been unable to get a long-rest during this time and the abandoned settlement they found is the only safe place for days. However, it's currently occupied by a drow scouting party. Needing the rest, they negotiate with the drow not to kill them and pay them off to rest up in a potion of the settlement. However, one of the quirky characters in the party laid the flattery on thick and the drow captain, praising matriarchal societies and what not. The captain found her amusing and said that she would be spending her long rest in her encampment.

A reoccurring fantasy I've had was about romantically involved MCs crossing the country and pulling off bank heists together. And my want for this type of couple only grew after seeing Baby Driver (specifically because of Buddy and Darling).

Any books or online stories that hit this vibe or something similar?

Also, I am very flexible when it comes to relationship options. Monoromance, harem, poly, F/F, M/M, etc. Maybe that strays a little away from what people here are into, but it keeps options open.

I don't have many friends who are into wrestling. My dad and I go to one indie show every year and I can get my wife to go with me to AEW once every other year. But I've been able to get friends who aren't into wrestling to go to shows with me. I brought two friends to Dynamite for their first show in the past. A different friend went to Summerslam last year (even though stadium shows aren't ideal for a first show). I got my brother-in-law to go to an indie show a few years back.
