I hate when guys with the most basic ass style claim they are 'stylish' because they have a great body.

reddit.comBenji, Natalia and Spencer.
Benji has had a super weird arc so far. Pre-merge, he was super odd. But let's break it down.
**Benji** pre-merge was an emotional support for a woman who is going through some issues herself. Sounds familiar? Yeah, just like with Hannah!
Now he is being underestimated, but he's coming in strong! He's gonna proof he's actually social, smart and capable! Oh wait... Just like how that was his whole fucking point last season?
Then let's move to **Natalia**. Ah, Nat. A girl who struggled between her emotions/human connections and playing the game. How she shot herself in the foot for not being true to herself too.
Oh wait.. Does that.. Sound similar?
Like the past episodes are just overdoing it, Sam does that deep breathy voice while he 'flirts' hardcore with Spencer, but it's so forceful and unnatural that it's UNCOMFORTABLE.
How do y'all like this man? He is a walking FANSERVICE.
And I'm sorry but does Spencer really gotta have every buff man flirt with him? And why is Spencer always so damn submissive? All the big guys flirt on him HARD and he just whimpers and blushes like a fuckinf manwah protagonist 😭
Long story short, I'm tired of millionaire CEO Sam and discord kitten passive femboy uwu Spencer
Title.
Honestly it's no hidden secret I believe Sam's character is garbage. But im not gonna be an hypocrite. Jade had a lot of flaws in her writing and I clowned her a lot.
What I don't get is: Why is this sub so ADDICTED to defend Sam's writhing from any sort of criticism, claiming he's super well written while also clowning on Jade for being a game Bot?
Jade, by the start of the merge had:
- Vulnerable moments with Benji, showing how she wished to show more of herself.
- A established backstory.
- A real connection with Isabel
- A real (although flawed) dynamic with Spencer
- Moments of pettyness, like her mean spirited comments to Ivy.
- Moments where she breaks her
It's kinda boring how human settlements are all the same.
I know it's a lot of coding but if I could, I'd change Human type civilizations into 5 different ones
- east asian inspired, with elements of Korean, Japanese, Chinese constructions, shrines etc..
- African empire's inspired, such as Ancient Egypt and Ethiopia, with pyramids.. And also would be more focused in storing water
- the one we have, medieval Europe
- Ancient Greek and Roman inspired, with statues, theaters etc..
- Mesoamerican, with Inca, Aztec and Mayan inspo!
As for **elves, orcs and dwarves, they also would have different charactristics, like some would be more dark elves, others more aquatic elves..
Yeah shocking, I know. I'm not saying we need more straight representation, we just need a straight couple that as much care as the lgbt ships. Not convinced? I'll start
DC1
This season has only 1 straight couple since the writers decanonized Lil x Nick. That couple is Ashley x Will. Why does this ship suck so much? We don't even get why they fall in love.ONC just tells us they do without having any significant scene together.
And we are supposed to root for them? All their interactions are practically off-screen. This sets the trend for the irrelevant, off screen straight ships.
DC2
Kai x Maggy.. One thing the reboot did better was them. However, its still barely a couple.
Season 5 having Sansa being married to Ramsey. I think book readers claim its a shame season 4 is setting up Sansa to be more of a "player" but then go back to falling into a "damsel in distress".
I honestly.. disagree? In season 5, yes, Sansa suffered at the hands of Ramsey. But she attempted to escape, she outright defies Ramsey´s orders, she is assertive to Myranda, claiming that Winterfell is her home and that she will "not frighten her". This is the same girl that did whatever Joffrey asked and the one who cowered in fear when Cersei tried to frighten her.
While she doesnt instantly turn into a wow super strong girlboss, thats still development! Meanwhile the books have Sansa´s friend
